It looked OK, and for around 100, we didn't have too many requirements, but there were 2 caveats: 1. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom of the room we stayed in. It leaked while we were washing, and we had to squat to wash. But since we were just staying overnight, we made do with it. 2. The sound insulation is poor. Walking in the corridor is basically like talking in the room. Around 7 am, the renovation outside is very noisy.
