المرافق: جيدة النظافة: جيدة البيئة: رائعة الخدمة: كانت هذه الإقامة تجربة ممتعة للغاية. قدمت ميا، موظفة الاستقبال، خدمة ممتازة! عند تسجيل الوصول، ذكّرتنا أيضًا بوقت الإفطار والمرافق المحيطة ووسائل النقل. بادرت بترقية الغرفة، فوجدتها أكثر راحة. هذا الاهتمام بالنزلاء جعلهم يشعرون براحة بالغة.

كانت هذه الإقامة تجربة مثالية! ابتسامة ميا الودودة والمراعية عند تسجيل الوصول في مكتب الاستقبال، لا بد لي من إشادتها! ريتا أيضًا جيدة، الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، إلا أنها قديمة بعض الشيء، وجودة الفندق تنعكس في كل مكان. كما أهداني الموظفون هدية تذكارية عند تسجيل المغادرة. أنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن تجربة سفر مميزة. سأختاره في المرة القادمة!

لقد حصلنا على خدمة رائعة، والمكان جميل جدًا. بعض المرافق والخدمات قديمة بعض الشيء، وتحتاج إلى تجديد. أنصح بشدة بهذا المكان، خاصةً لجودة خدمة الموظفين وجمال الموقع.

كانت هذه الإقامة مثالية! بمجرد أن فتحتُ الباب، انبهرتُ بدفء ونظافة المكان. كانت أغطية الأسرة نظيفة وناعمة، فشعرتُ بالراحة فورًا من إرهاق السفر. كان موظفو الفندق، كيكي ريتا، مراعين، وكانت إيمي وميا صبورتين ودقيقتين من لحظة تسجيل الوصول إلى المغادرة. كان الإفطار غنيًا ومتنوعًا، وكانت التغذية متوازنة. سواءً كانت رحلة عمل أو رحلة سياحية، فهو خيار رائع، وسأعود إليه في المرة القادمة!

إنه بعيد قليلاً عن مدينة ليجيانغ القديمة، وقريب من مدينة شوهي القديمة، على بُعد حوالي 800 متر. الفندق نظيف وطاقم العمل ودود للغاية. استقبلوني من المطار، لذا استطعتُ الذهاب مباشرةً إلى الفندق دون إضاعة الوقت. وكان جميع موظفي الفندق ودودين، وكنتُ ممتنًا بشكل خاص لمساعدة إيمي وآلان. من الفندق، كانت هناك بحيرة صغيرة في المنتصف ومبنى الفندق في الخلفية، وكان منظر جبل يولونغ الثلجي رائعًا. كان مكان الإقامة خاصًا للغاية، والمرافق الداخلية جيدة. كان الإفطار من أهم الأشياء، وكان شاي ما بعد الظهيرة أفضل مما توقعت.

الفندق جيد. هذه إقامتي الثانية. المعدات قديمة بعض الشيء، ولكن كل شيء آخر على ما يرام.

This hotel is beautifully nestled in nature, harmonizing seamlessly with its surroundings. Walking along the trails thoughtfully laid out around the property, one can easily feel as though they’ve stepped into a world from the medieval era—or even earlier. It’s a unique experience, and one that will remain a treasured memory. Though some of the indoor facilities show signs of age, which is unfortunate, this too may be seen as part of the hotel’s charm—provided one isn’t overly concerned with modern polish. That said, certain inconveniences do exist. These appear to arise mostly in the "software" aspects of the experience—that is, service and hospitality. 1. The lack of friendliness at the front desk, coupled with poor English communication, was a consistent source of stress throughout the stay. That being said, the daytime staff who assisted with check-out were very kind and professional. 2. I don’t wish to comment on the variety or quality of the breakfast itself. However, one thing must be mentioned: I sincerely hope the staff refrains from sweeping the floors with a broom during breakfast hours. It is extremely uncomfortable—and frankly unpleasant—to watch someone sweeping right next to your table while you are eating. 3. I also hope the staff who first greet guests arriving by car can show a bit more warmth. For example, it is not appropriate for hotel staff to stand with arms crossed and merely nod in greeting when a guest approaches the entrance to catch a taxi. 4. The music selection at the grilled skewer corner is another point of concern. Loud retro dance music or poorly mixed EDM significantly detracts from the peaceful and refined atmosphere of this beautiful hotel, even disturbing the calm that guests come here to enjoy. This has turned into quite a long message. To conclude: our stay in the One-Bedroom Villa was undoubtedly memorable. The leisurely walks, the rare joy of waking up to birdsong, and the serene mornings filled with fresh air and stillness—all of these moments are etched in my memory. I sincerely hope the hotel will take small but meaningful steps to address these shortcomings, so that the truly special qualities it possesses may endure for years to come.

Pullman Lijiang enjoys a fantastic location just a short walk or bike ride from the charming Lijiang Ancient Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The resort’s villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. While the breakfast was decent and had some local and international selections, it could benefit from a wider variety of options to match the standard of the rest of the experience. Overall, a great choice for those looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Lijiang

We stayed in Lijiang for 7 days and 6 nights, with the last two nights spent at the Pullman Hotel. In conclusion, it was the most satisfying and heartwarming experience we had during our trip, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. Unlike other hotels, Pullman shared the manager’s Weixin (WeChat) contact, making communication incredibly easy. The manager, Rita, provided us with everything we needed for our Lijiang trip — from sightseeing spots and local restaurants to arranging a tour guide. She also went above and beyond by helping us with food delivery apps and even offering to ship back clothes we had accidentally left behind at the hotel. Her thoughtful and attentive service made our stay at Pullman truly memorable. The ambiance of the Pullman felt like a cozy extension of Black Dragon Lake itself. We stayed in a private villa, and both the cleanliness and facilities were excellent. While the breakfast selection wasn’t vast, it was well-prepared, thoughtfully arranged, and very delicious. The resort also offered traditional costume experiences and complimentary cocktails, both of which turned out to be fantastic. When we mentioned how delicious the peanuts served with the cocktails were, Rita gifted us an entire basket of them. Thanks to Rita, I genuinely want to return to Lijiang again — and I will definitely stay at the Pullman. If you’re reading this review, don’t hesitate to book it. It’s truly an outstanding resort.

Thank you so much for the surprise complimentary birthday cake . If I would to choose a place to stay again at Lijiang , I would prefer this location . Walking distance 10 minutes to shuhe ancient town which is way more relaxing than Lijiang ancient town from my opinion . This resort is ancient Chinese design and land is pretty big making our stay relaxing . Breakfast selection was plenty and good . Overall a lovely stay . We enjoyed

We had a beautiful stay at Pullman. Special thanks to Emily and Mia for their great help arranging an airport pick-up on time and providing a hassle-free check-in upon arriving at the hotel. We appreciate all the staff for their great service.

Pullman Lijiang offers spacious rooms, but they feel dated. Carpets show wear and the LCD TV looks nearly ten years old—due for an upgrade. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a four‑star international hotel: decent variety and flavour, yet quality could be improved. The hotel sits about 20 minutes by car from Lijiang Old Town and roughly 30 minutes from the high‑speed rail station—convenient for travellers. During my stay, the hotel gifted me a bathrobe. Sadly, it arrived noticeably crumpled and appeared used, which detracted from the welcome. Overall, Pullman Lijiang is comfortable, but it needs attention in several areas.

Service was warm and FO staff were very willing to provide assistance (including Kira and Jessy). Understandably, given that the hotel has been around for awhile, the only qualm was the decor in our room.. tired looking chipped furniture and old bathroom in need of a refresh. Hotel is a short 5 mins ride to shuhe old town so it's pretty convenient. Overall a pretty pleasant experience.
