"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."

"The service at European hotels is a far cry from what you'd find in Asia. Several front desk staff were busy chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring guests. The check-in process was handled with a very indifferent attitude. We were given two rooms, both on the first floor, and they looked reasonably clean. However, at night, cockroaches started appearing. We contacted the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change rooms. I couldn't sleep due to fear, and more cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night, leading to a restless night. The next day at check-out, we didn't even receive a basic polite greeting. We had no choice but to email our company with photos to complain. Fortunately, our company took the complaint seriously, responded quickly and graciously, and waived one night's room fee. It just goes to show how poor the service mindset of staff in Europe is. I was constantly on alert when coming and going, due to fear of theft. I observed the Black housekeeper responsible for our area standing by her service cart in the hallway for extended periods, doing absolutely no work. I initially even mistook her for a thief. We only received bottled water on the day of check-in, despite staying for three days. On the last night, we returned late, and the supermarket was already closed. We explained the situation to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water, but were refused. They claimed there was water available for guests in a bottle at the front desk, but when I tasted it, it was unmistakably tap water, which I found unpalatable. My overall experience with the accommodation was poor."

"10 minutes walk to the metro station. However, only 10 minutes to the airport through metro. The room is clean but near the train station ( a bit noisy)."

"We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is perfectly acceptable given the price. Complimentary cucumber water is available by the front desk in the lobby, a welcome touch, especially on hot summer days. The room itself was spacious, though the breakfast options were quite limited."

"Ms. Vega Lucia is one of the best hotels receptions I’ve ever met. She made my stay very comfortable. She provided me with a lot of information about Lisbon and gave me some tips and recommendations on where to go and what to do. She is very bright and beautiful young lady. I wish her all the best."

"Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon."

"The breakfast was good, friendly staff location was ok. However the reason why I have rated the stay low Is because the AC kept making really loud noise which was intermittent, the worst was in middle of the night and early morning when trying to sleep. I have sent a video to staff at the hotel but haven’t had any update. The staff knew about the issue as we reported it straight away and they gave us comfort that the noise would go after 10 minutes but what they failed to tell us is that it would come back and it did every so often. I have had really bad sleep as a result and I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay. I will leave a review on trip advisor too to reflect my experience."
