Very nice hotel

This hotel is in a great location. We were able to get the Metro from the airport with a one stop change to within a 6 or 7 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located within a ten minute walk from the Baixa/Chiado area of Lisbon. The first room we were given on check-in had issues with the air conditioning that could not be resolved so we were moved to a new room next door to our original room on night two. This was a lovely large room with two comfortable chairs to sit on and a large walk-in shower. Everything worked well in this room compared to the first room and we were satisfied with the level of comfort. Comfortable bed, room spotless. Window that opened for fresh air. There is a lovely outdoor area to the rear of this hotel. Unfortunately as the weather was poor when we stayed we could not avail of this amenity. There is plenty to do in the immediate area of the hotel. Some good restaurants including the Time Out Market, a very popular area for diners that was constantly bursting at the seams with people.....too busy for us. Duogo on the front desk was very helpful but the desk seemed to be constantly busy and we had to wait for some time for a second person to assist. We moved from Lisbon to Evora for a couple of nights after our stay. A taxi from the hotel to the Sete Rios bus station was less than €15. We found this location to be a very good choice for our stay in Lisbon.
