前台員工没有熱情. 早餐食物非常好. 餐廳的景觀一流. 但是我孩子住在走廊最尾的一間房, 第一晚半夜有機器聲. 影響睡眠, 第二天去前台要求換房, 說没有. 但會處理噪音間題. 但第二晚還是有, 再投訴. 才說關掉泳池的機器. 第三晚就沒有了噪音. 這是否說明他們就没有重視客人的問題. 所以服務差.

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had! The staff at Memmo Príncipe Real were attentive from the moment I arrived and made my first solo trip feel so special. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the pool is lovely, and the hotel even has the most amazing scent. Breakfast was a highlight, and the restaurant is both affordable and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

I reserved 3 rooms for a total of 6 people in my party. Two rooms were booked with a credit card and one was booked with points. I am a Marriott Titanium Level Member, but that meant nothing to this Hotel. My credit card was hacked recently and I had to cancel it. This had nothing to do with the hotel. Apparently, this hotel demands full payment of the bill 72 hours prior to check in, unlike all other hotels I've ever stayed at. They wrote me an email while I was in transit freaking out because the old credit card number was declined. I called them immediately two days before check in to provide them the new number. They declined to take the number over the phone. I was told I could provide them the number at check it. Again, I'm a Titanium member and they have all my information via Marriott. I confirmed my reservation. I continued my travels and the day before check in, I was sent an email starting they had cancelled two of my reservations, only preserving the reservation with points. I immediately called them to confirm my reservations and provide the new number of my credit card. They had already given away one of the two reservations via credit card. Nothing they could do they said -- my fault apparently, not theirs? No way to get the room back. They let me stay there one night, instead of my full reservation. I let my guests use the other two rooms and booked another hotel for myself and my wife. Our family vacation was literally broken apart. The one night I stayed, we had: No hot water; No working air conditioning (they gave us a fan and we slept on top of the sheets sweating bullets). They tried to make this up to me by providing a taxi to our new hotel the next morning and offering us free breakfast for the rest of our stay so we could be with our family, but we would have had to travel clear across town to do so. Their breakfast service was sub-par anyway, so we ate a better breakfast at our new hotel. This should be a Negative Five Star Hotel. Do not waste your money. They do not honor their contracts and summarily give away rooms from established Elite Members based on their own fears and insecurities. They said they could not take a credit card over the phone the night prior due to Portuguese laws? Why then were they able to do so the very next night? No integrity and they were falling all over themselves to explain they are a "botique" hotel with very few rooms, as such they need to keep their rooms full. BS! They gave away my rooms!
