Rooms are lovely. Staff are fantastic. The area had a few pick pockets around. In the one day I was there, 2 people had backpacks stolen outside of the hotel. Be cautious with Lisbon in general. Hotel is safe and secure and close to the train station.

Gustavo was very good, very helpful. The staff are all good, smiling, polite All in all I'm happy about this hotel and will recommend.

Very nice hotel! Clean and courteous service. However, the rooms are very noisy (I could hear every step of the guest in the room above me). But otherwise a great hotel!

The location of the hotel was good, the rooms were clean, the receptionist was also very practical, when we arrived with our bags before our check-in time, he took them to the safe, we enjoyed our holiday throughout.

The location is not very close to the main tourist area. The surrounding facilities are average and relatively deserted, but fortunately it is easy to get a taxi and there is also a subway. The sanitation looks clean, but the exhaust system seems to be poor. There is almost nothing in the bathroom. The indoor carpet smells moldy and damp. The toiletries only have shower gel and hand soap.

The room is small, but cozy. The super comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom with very hot water. There is no noise from outside so it is perfect for resting. A little far from the center but very close to the metro.

The sanitation is average. The balcony is good.
