非常棒的酒店，地理位置好，距離比卡小黃車和胡斯塔升降機都是可以步行幾分鐘到達。 酒店裝潢很漂亮精美，充滿里斯本風情，處處皆是細節。早餐很好吃，服務態度都很棒。 非常推薦來體驗一下。

We arrived at 6:50 pm on a Tuesday hoping for dinner. The hostess said they were booked until 8 pm but suggested the bar would be quicker, so we chose to wait there rather than make a reservation. Big mistake. We watched the 8 pm reservation time we could have taken come and go as we continued to wait – over an hour and a half in total. We were shown to a high table for a drink while we waited – just one drink, as no one returned to offer another or refill our water despite the endless wait. At 7:52, they assured us two bar seats would open up shortly, and told us which ones to watch. We then watched those very seats open… annnd get given to a couple who had just arrived. We were blatantly ignored. By 8:15, we gave up and left; humiliated, hungry, and in tears. This was our honeymoon and last night in Lisbon, and the treatment was appalling. We were kind, tried to speak Portuguese, and were still dismissed as if we didn’t matter. As someone with years of restaurant experience, this was both avoidable and unacceptable. They could have been honest about the wait or simply let us make the reservation instead of misleading us into thinking the bar would be faster. Instead, they wasted our evening and ruined our night. Avoid this place at all costs – terrible service, rude, haughty staff, and a complete disregard for guests.

While I loved our hotel, our amazing tour and the feel of Lisbon, we choked on the perfume/cologne that seemed to be pumped through the vents of the room. It was overwhelming. It will dictate where we stay as we will ask before booking. Such a weird thing to complain about until you walk around with a sore throat and basic sinus irritation in the hotel.
