"A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable~
The bed was big enough to sleep 360’
Staff were friendly and handsome, there hotel has a light show everynight at around 10pm, you can enjoy the show indoor or outdoor area."
"Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport."
"Located right in the heart of the city, the Masa Hotel in Portugal was an excellent experience.
I chose the Masa Hotel for my trip to Lisbon and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it convenient for visiting attractions and navigating the airport. There are also many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby.
The spacious and clean rooms, with modern amenities and a reliable free Wi-Fi connection, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a real surprise, with its diverse selection and delicious local cookies.
The 24-hour front desk staff was incredibly helpful and patient, whether providing directions or answering questions. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities to meet your every need. The overall experience was excellent, no wonder it's so popular. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location wise it is great! It’s situated in a very convenient location with buses and metro just a few minutes walk. The room is clean and quiet as well. We have nothing to complain about, highly recommend!"
"Since you're in Dubai, experiencing the local culture is an absolute must. This place is truly wonderful! It combines beautiful ancient architecture with incredibly attentive, authentic local service, making for an excellent overall experience."
"Hotel is good but location is too far away from city centre. When we arrived to check in, the staff made a mistake on giving the wrong number of room to us. That was weird because when we headed to the room, one of the cleaners was cleaning the room and we need to go back to the reception.
Hotel overall was good but I am not satisfied with the toilet. The design of the bathroom is weird because there are no enough space for my stuff.
Breakfast is average but don't expect too much.
Rooftop poll is good but water was dirty someday."
"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is perfectly acceptable given the price. Complimentary cucumber water is available by the front desk in the lobby, a welcome touch, especially on hot summer days. The room itself was spacious, though the breakfast options were quite limited."
"The service at European hotels is a far cry from what you'd find in Asia. Several front desk staff were busy chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring guests. The check-in process was handled with a very indifferent attitude. We were given two rooms, both on the first floor, and they looked reasonably clean. However, at night, cockroaches started appearing. We contacted the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change rooms. I couldn't sleep due to fear, and more cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night, leading to a restless night. The next day at check-out, we didn't even receive a basic polite greeting. We had no choice but to email our company with photos to complain. Fortunately, our company took the complaint seriously, responded quickly and graciously, and waived one night's room fee. It just goes to show how poor the service mindset of staff in Europe is.
I was constantly on alert when coming and going, due to fear of theft. I observed the Black housekeeper responsible for our area standing by her service cart in the hallway for extended periods, doing absolutely no work. I initially even mistook her for a thief. We only received bottled water on the day of check-in, despite staying for three days. On the last night, we returned late, and the supermarket was already closed. We explained the situation to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water, but were refused. They claimed there was water available for guests in a bottle at the front desk, but when I tasted it, it was unmistakably tap water, which I found unpalatable. My overall experience with the accommodation was poor."

Great
GGuest UserI spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts:
PROS:
- Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport.
- Nice decors and overall pretty clean.
CONS:
- The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room.
- Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

Great
GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

Very Good
SSilcreThe facilities and location were great.
The downside was the construction work that kept us awake. It was two in the morning, and they were working with grinders, tools, and other heavy impacts.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.
GGuest UserThe hotel building looks old but it's much better inside. I appreciate the family room which makes my life much easier when travelling with kids. The buffet breakfast was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the hotel, so we rushed into the hotel restaurant for lunch set (EUROS 19 with main course, salad bar and tea/coffee) , rather nice. Overall, value for money hotel, will come back.
EEstherOverall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.
SSantosThe room was super clean, the location is near a public transportation which I'd good ans bad at the same time due to noise, the stuffs are friendly and helpful.
Therr only negatives are:
There is a TV and AC, but in order to use it you must demand the remotes.
As well as the fact that we either give them a credit card or 50 euros as a warranty instead of a ID, which we found it not so common and were doubting it, ans of course we gave cash.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
