Excellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. Within minutes, you can reach the Santa Justa Lift, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), Praça do Comércio, the Alfama district, and the beautiful viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Graça. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay. I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is located near Augustus Square, with very convenient transportation, and many urban attractions are within walking distance. The facade is not big, just like the entrance of an ordinary house. You have to ring the doorbell to open the wooden door and then you will see the front desk next to the stairs in the foyer. After going up one flight of stairs, you can take the elevator to your room. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Even though there is a downtown area downstairs, the room is very quiet once the windows are closed. Stayed for three nights in a row, satisfied👍

Excellent!! 我們剛到時鄰居在晾衣服，見到我們到了就很親切地把門匙交給我們 。拉着我們的手給了我們一個Room Tour 。那種熱情，人與人之間的親近，在亞洲是體驗不到的。可惜我葡文不夠好，聽不懂 。但用語音翻譯軟件，一切問題都能解決 。 廚房，洗碗機，洗衣機，基本生活家電都有齊 。她們有清潔工把屋打掃得乾乾淨淨 。 住的區域也很方便，門口就是著名的28號叮叮車，買好了交通日票就能用來上下山，坐一個站後面就有超市可以買菜 。或者坐到山腳的市區也有很多超市 。

You can’t be more central than this! Greta place with lots of space. We were staying on the fourth floor and had a narrow balcony across the whole apartment. The aircon works wonders, despite there only being one for the whole flat. It still stays very cool in the summer heat. Very quiet despite being that central. Would definitely come back. In relation to the check in, I’ve stayed in various apartments of this brand and I had no issues at all. The only thing is that for city taxes you need to use the black telephone at the check in terminal to ring them and adjust it, if you are less people than the terminal says. I suspect it’s a problem of trip.com and their internal system. But they resolve it immediately when you ask them too. But for the future, it’d be great if they could fix this. But I wouldn’t say this affected my stay in any way. So don’t worry about it.

The most remarkable and important thing to stay at LR Guest House was the staff Including Antonio and Diego. They were excellent in many ways including serving us good breakfast everyday and it was really delicious. The room was clean all the time and gave us great room service as well. I specially like to thank to Antonio and Diego who help me to make reservation of Fado restaurant in Lisbon so that we could enjoy Portuguese traditional Fado music at the final day of our stay. And also Diego help me to have a private tour to look around Cascais and Cabo Da Roca which was wonderful as well. I have stayed 4 nights from 20th of Sep to 24th of Sep 2023. I definitely like to comeback again to stay at LR Guest House with my children in the future.

Prime location. You will hit the one of the main squares just round the corner going downhill where you can find the tram. Service was ok. Only thing is that the room is a bit damp and the floor a bit sticky, also a bit lack of sunlight.

We were a bit skeptical when we booked the place, but when we arrived was just perfect. Location crazy convinient, easy check in and check out. Just one issue we had was the hotel contact phone, on booking was a wrong number, and only after we checked Google maps we were able to contact the host. All except that small issue was great, and exactly like pics

Excellent spot. Lovely little apartment. Would def stay next trip.  Left an item behind and the stuff very sweetly located and packed it off to UK for me.  Many, many thanks to you all.

The breakfast was delivered to the door, it was warm and delicious. The location of the apartment was very good and it was convenient to travel. The downstairs was a very bustling business district. It was very lively at night, there was no elevator, and it was a bit hard to carry luggage.
