Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

All staff were so friendly and welcoming! Pedro greeted us with such a big smile and even gave us chocolates and drinks after realizing it’s my birthday. The room’s spacious and comfortable, you can easily ask to replenish the amenities in the room :) The hotel is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay!

Really loved our stay at this hotel - the rooms were lovely and beds are so comfortable!
It’s a short walk to the centre of Lisbon, very accessible and the airport bus stops across the road.
The pool is in a lovely tranquil setting and there are amazing views from the Sky Bar locates at it’s sister hotel next door.
Staff were really helpful and gave us a super recommendation for a beautiful family run, local Portuguese restaurant less than a minute from the hotel. Convenient if you didn’t fancy getting back into the thick of things after a day sightseeing etc!
There are nepresso machines in each room which is a very nice touch but thought the coffee pods should/could be complimentary or at least a sachet/freeze-dry alternative could be provided instead of charging €1.25 per pod. Also please provide milk or creamer for tea/coffee!

To be honest, the hotel exceeded expectations. The price is even similar to that of domestic hotels of the same quality. It is very cost-effective and is at the level of an old five-star hotel. I would like to praise the hotel's breakfast, especially the rich variety of juices. You must try all kinds of flavors. It is very healthy and refreshing. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and professional. They upgraded our room type for free and answered all the questions we asked. After hearing that we went to Madeira Island, they recommended the Azores. Let's wait for a chance to come to Portugal next time haha. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Liberty Avenue and surrounded by parks. It is very quiet and not far from the airport. If you are not in a hurry, you can walk to some attractions in the city. I recommend the Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The pasta is very good. The front desk can help you make a reservation. The only drawback is that there is a little water leakage on the floor of the shower room. You have to wipe it with a bath towel yourself, which does not affect much.
The view outside the window is also good. Attached picture.

The room is very spacious. The room and the living room are separated. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a lot of space for activities. The front desk service is good and they helped me change coins. The location is in the old town, about a ten-minute walk from Liberty Avenue.

The hotel room size is large, especially the bathroom is very good, the terrace is also very good. The staff service was very warm. When I saw the children, I immediately sent the children's toiletries. It was Bulgari, and the little guy was happy. A little distance from the old town, but the taxi is very fast and very cheap, the gym on the top floor is very good, and the night view is good. It is very comfortable to sit in the garden bar at night.

As my flight was cancelled, I immediately informed the hotel.
We received approval that our stay would be delayed for one day.
The next day I checked in and went to my room to find that the room I had rented had been downgraded.
When we told the reception, the room we had reserved was no longer available.
It said it was a system error, but
I was supposed to contact you via email, but I don't know why this is happening.
I don't understand.
Since we did not include breakfast, we were told that breakfast would be provided, so we were not charged for the first day.
You will be charged for the second day, and when you tell the receptionist,
I was told that breakfast was only for one day.
When they told me they would provide the service, they didn't say it would only be for one day, and I was disappointed that they were so stingy that they wouldn't give me the 3-day stay after my room was downgraded.
Did you pay for breakfast on the second day? only asked
I thought it was obvious, but after saying ``YES'', nothing was said.
This was a very unpleasant hotel service because there was a system error even though I contacted them.
The receptionist didn't seem to be disappointed either.

In general, something normal. We went as a couple to spend 3 days with breakfast included. The breakfast was meager and had very little variety. The staff who are providing services in the morning are very serious, all of them. !!There is nothing wrong with that!!!. At reception, however, they are kind and friendly. And something that I will never understand, and not only in this hotel, although it has also happened to us, is that if they give you the option of 2 single beds or a double bed, why don't they comply with what you previously reserved? And if there is no stock, at least they send an email notifying you of it. And finally, the window in the room did not have a handle to open it. I understand that for security reasons it is not possible to open it completely, but tilting is ideal to air out the room.

HF Fénix Lisboa offers an excellent blend of comfort and convenience. Located centrally, it provides easy access to Lisbon's attractions via metro. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel features clean, spacious rooms with a pleasant view of Pombal square. The buffet breakfast and dinner options are well-regarded, and amenities like free Wi-Fi and a lobby bar enhance the stay. Overall, it's a great choice for exploring Lisbon, with a high quality-to-price ratio.

Convenient location, a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro- Anjos, but the nearest entrance is closed on weekends.
Many restaurants nearby within 10 minutes walk. There is also a supermarket on the opposite street with a short walk.
Welcome drink for each of us which is a bonus and a 30% off voucher for dining too. Breakfast serves with varieties. Room is clean and quiet at night.

JJessicaIt is a fairly well-established bed and breakfast system, located at the Sao Sebastiao metro entrance, opposite the Corte Ingles. The welcome was given in French and by a very friendly and pleasant host. The room was very large. The bathroom, although pretty and very clean, was difficult to close using the installed hook.
We had a fairly well-stocked breakfast, there was plenty of everything. A very pleasant break in Lisbon.

른른정The location is fraudulent
You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel!
The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food.
There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier.
However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲
Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

GGuest UserLocation is close to metro station and it’s easy to get to the airport and to the city center. There’s the supermarket near about 5 minutes walking down the street. Rooms are little bit old. The real surprise was a cockroach in my bathroom, as for me, I don’t care, but anyway this is four stars hotel and I didn’t expect this. We arrived late and there was only one guy on the reception that night, it was the small line there - two people before us, but we had to wait about around 15-20 minutes to check in.

GGuest UserDefinitely in the city center, the breakfast is okay, the egg tarts and grilled sausages are delicious, there is a lack of fresh vegetables, and the fruits are sliced. The service was very good. When we asked for boiling water, the waiter took the initiative to bring a water boiler.

MMarinaHotel a little dated but in an excellent position room assigned absolutely to be used as a single and not as a double had a column near the bed very dangerous at night if one gets up without turning on the light .... Equipped with everything with dated but clean uncomfortable furniture for two people. Maybe it was assigned to us because it was taken with an offer? Work in progress in the building opposite but did not disturb too much. Breakfast in the norm with good products, the only flaw is the American-only coffee ... Staff courteous even if detached.

GGuest UserThe entrance to the hotel is very dark. The room is style over function and also dark. . You have to be over 1.8m to in order to place the hanger in the wardrobe. There was a large electric box inside the cupboard. . The kettle had to moved because it could not be plugged in where it was. The sockets were horizontal on the bedside and any spill would have caused a short circuit. The electric blind was very noisy. The breakfast room was very narrow. Overall not a good experience.
