Great place to stay

There is no lift no any dinner facilities service is good room is clean

The location is very good , it’s very near the bus stop. The room is very big and clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is near the Sefton park so you can walk around. The hotel staffs are very friendly, breakfast is very delicious. I will come back here again definitely.

Old hotel, not near city centre,staff is nice. Unfortunately, our bathroom drain is stuck.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, great amenities and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on local transport and activities. The room had recently been done up and was beautiful and I definatly look forward to another stay.

Wonderful service, very curtious and helpful staff. Excellent location next to the beautiful park, and with Lark lane nearby there's a plenty of places to eat and entertain you. The local people are equally welcoming, friendly and entertaining. And this hotel is a must visit for any Beatles fans out there!

Fairly basic but comfortable hotel in a great location right by the park but super easy to get into town

Very nice hotel bed was amazing room very spacious staff very friendly and nice manner no faults really well worth a stay if ur in Liverpool have stayed in many hotel in Liverpool and this one is up there with anyone I stayed in ,

the bedroom had the toilette out side without any privacy and it was even cold. the toilet was really small two doors, two keys, two place are extremelly unconfortable

Staff were great, shared facilities all good, nice small bar area. Location on sefton park was great too. Lovely spot for a morning jog. Our room was a late booking and probably the last available. It was a bit small but perfectly clean and tidy, fine for one night.

Me tuve que Hospedar en la ciudad de Liverpool por dos meses y la comida el trato el lugar, el parque y la satisfaccion y cuidado que me dieron fue de clase con una definicion de servicio que en verdad no existe en muchos hoteles britanicos y en verdad con toda la confiansa me senti como si visitara a un tio - Lo recomiendo cerca de muchos lugares para comer, correr y un autobus para la ciudad en 10 minutos Regreso pronto Los precios estan super rasonables y l comida esta muy deliciosa

Lovely hotel. Great location overlooking Sefton Park. Comfortable spacious rooms. Very welcoming staff and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
