酒店環境衞生都很好，火警演習有點打擾

장점 : - 위치가 완전 좋음. 번화라가 근처에 커피숍, 식당 많고 호텔 바로 옆이 지하철역이라 유용함. 베버리힐즈, 로데오 등 전반적으로 가까움 - 직원들 모두가 매우 친절. 정말 교육을 잘 받은듯 - 5시쯤 체크인 했는데 방 상태 너무 좋았고 깨끗함. 최근 리노베이션해서 전반적으로 깔끔함 - 음식이 퀄리티 좋고 맛있음 단점 : - 디파짓 외에 하루에 강제로 $42(금액 변동 자주 되는듯함)씩 내야함. 크레딧 형태로 강제로 호텔 내, 레스토랑, 바 이용하게 함. 택스랑 서비스 차지 붙으니 샌드위치 하나가 $42 됨 - 트립 닷컴에선 시티뷰라고 더 비싸게 주고 예약했는데 호텔에 물어보니 본인들은 시티뷰 없고 다 빌딩뷰 아님 벽뷰라 했음. 그래서 처음에 벽뷰 룸 받았다가 바꿔달라해서 앞 건물 빌딩뷰로 바뀜. - 위치가 유명 관광지라 거리 대비 uber나 lyft 비용이 다른 지역보다 비쌈. 재방문 의사는 50/50

結婚25周年の記念旅行で利用させて頂きました❣️2回目の宿泊。 娘がホテルにメールで両親のアニバーサリーです！と連絡をしていてくれて。。。お買い物の後部屋に戻ったらホテルからサプライズが‼️流石、W Hotelでした🩷最高の思い出になりました❗️ 素敵な心遣いに感動しました。LAでは、絶対にW Hollywood Hotelをお勧めします！ そして、1階のlobbyも改装し、更にいい感じになってました！

有亞洲人的優惠活動贈送了觀光大巴票，自行車使用，美術館門票🎫 可惜我們因為自駕遊都沒用 但是挺划算的 房間挺乾淨挺大的 注意美國酒店都沒有拖鞋 自己帶一下吧 洗澡水也略小 床蠻軟的 樓上游泳池温水 冬天也可以遊 建議帶條泳褲🩲

Really liked it

Our suite which we got for a $12 upgrade, was spacious and had a decent view. But it was missing a few things I would consider standard in a $700 a night suite. The entry to the bathroom closest to the room entry has no door. That means there is zero privacy for anyone using the bathroom if someone comes to the door. While we are on the subject of the bathroom, there is no towel hook in the toilet room. There is a sink to wash your hands, but nowhere to put a clean dry towel. And because the sink is a pedestal, nowhere to put an extra roll of toilet paper, except on the back of the toilet. There is a towel rack at the foot of the tub, but no towel rack for the shower. There is a closet opposite and nowhere convenient to put a towel. Most surprisingly, there were no complementary robes or slippers. I’ve stayed in $200 a night hotels that have had these; do better Marriott. My breakfast for one cost me $70, or 10% of the cost of the room for the day. The breakfast was fine, but this is obscenely expensive. Our last full day at the hotel on Sunday, we were unable to use any of the common areas of the hotel because unannounced to us the entire area was being used for the Beyoncé tour. I feel like the biggest amenity was taken from us without any advance warning. We couldn’t get coffee at the coffee shop nor could we enjoy the bar area. We got free valet parking with our suite, so I don’t know how much that is. I can tell you that it is extremely unsafe, pulling out of the hotel because of a huge planter that blocks your vision from oncoming pedestrians. The location itself is extremely loud with extensive traffic noise. We also had a lot of noise from our neighbors, especially the people in the room next-door due to an adjoining door room that did not block noise at all. Would I stay here again? With no on-site restaurant other than a coffee shop, a strong focus on appearance versus true amenities, and lackluster service from the cleaning crew when it came to stocking coffee, sugar, and adequate towels, it’s a pass for me. There are too many other great places to stay in Los Angeles for less money.
