Prenotato camera con prima colazione, camera molto bella e pulita, colazione appena sufficiente, non proporzionata al prezzo richiesto.
Hotel not 4 star standard, needs refurbishment.Majority of staff helpful, one older gentleman on reception unpleasant.Room was spacious but grubby, needs painting.Good location.Good selection of restaurants nearby.Cannit comment on food as we didn't avail .

Great for short distance walking
Room door was a bit suspicious regarding locking mechanism. “Do Not Disturb” light kept switching off. Unable to control AC/Fan due to overtaking building temperature control. Room felt stuffy at times and had to open windows with screaming children in the courtyard. Often times we could hear dishes clanking as there was a kitchen downstairs.
Bathtub/shower had mold and multiple cracks. Felt uncomfortable showering in the restroom.
Walls are lined with fabric and they are noticeably dirty.
Our room was extremely large which allowed great space for luggage and lounging. Hôtel was in great distance of restaurants and cafes. It was also very close to popular attractions.

As soon as we checked the bed, there was hair all over every blanket and sheet. There was stains on sheets and yellow stains on matress cover. We asked if we could get the sheets changed, they asked us to leave so they could change the sheets. We left, came back 4 hours later.. they only changes the top blabkets without changing the stained sheets. I had to reauest more clean sheets so that i could do ut myself.

L’unica stella è rivolta al personale e non alla struttura in cui non ho avuto modo di soggiornare poiché, essendomi ammalato, non sono potuto più partire. La maggior parte del personale non parla né italiano né inglese, eccetto un addetto che inizialmente si è spacciato per responsabile e successivamente ha ammesso di essere solamente un receptionist, una persona flessibile come un pezzo di legno: ho chiesto inizialmente se fosse stato possibile anticipare il check-out e quindi cancellare l’ultima notte, poiché era stato fatto l’addebito solo della prima, ma la risposta è stata negativa. Alla richiesta di rimborso non c’è stato nulla da fare, nonostante avessero ancora camere di quella tipologia invendute, e la risposta è stata che loro non sono lì a fare beneficenza. La richiesta di un credito da utilizzare per una futura prenotazione anche è stata declinata. Insomma, un insieme di persone messe lì a dire NO, non è possibile parlare con un vero manager o responsabile della struttura. Quindi se proprio volete prenotare da loro dovete essere certi sia che non avrete alcun contrattempo, sia dovrete essere consapevoli che probabilmente il personale non riuscirà a capirvi ed a risolvere un eventuale problema durante il vostro soggiorno. PS: conosco le regole degli alberghi, ci lavoro da anni, ma una rigidità di questo livello non l’avevo mai vista, da vergognarsi davvero e tornare a studiare e capire cos’è l’ospitalità, inoltre è un lavoro in cui ci vorrebbe un minimo di empatia e non essere come un robot.

The property was in a great location, surrounded by tourist attractions and great restaurants.
The staff where friendly and you could leave your bag on the last day of travel before going to the airport.

The room was clean, comfortable and decorated to have a nice classy feel. Loved the jacuzzi. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and took good care of us at meal time. Location is excellent, right on gondola row and close to St. Mark Square. Not a dock at the hotel but only 4-5 minutes walk from the dock.

Perfect location; short and easy walk from San Zaccaria waterbus stop (no bridges to cross), then 5-10 minute walk to San Marco and 10-15 minute walk to Rialto.
Plenty of restaurants and shops locally.
Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and very clean.
Friendly staff.
Recommended for mid-price in Venice.
