一、酒店位置：
位於金安區政府南側。
二、酒店周邊環境：
附近沒有雜亂商鋪和老舊居民區，更沒有佔道經營的遊商。
三、酒店內設施：
齊備、很新。
房間內配備了：電子馬桶、高速吹風機、伸縮晾衣繩、小冰箱、大電視、感應開關、瓶裝飲用水……，房間高度、寬敞度都充裕，🚿噴頭出水量非常大。
四、酒店內衞生：
大堂、走廊、餐廳、洗衣房、健身房都未發現異常。
五、服務：
1.早餐品種質量非常好！
2.前台員工講話有禮貌，但表情略顯冷淡。
六、隔音：
房間隔音很好。
七、建議：
前台員工老站着，久了體力會下降，接待住客服務水平會降低。建議酒店高層設身處地為員工考慮，給前台員工配備旋轉高凳，既美觀又實用，行規也要人性化。
八、不悦（非酒店方原因）：
1.某日早餐期間，仨👨🏻在餐廳側門外吸煙，故意開着半扇玻璃門，導致煙味飄入餐廳，損人利己！這三名住客素質低，其中一人還因為當日早餐🍜沒現成的就大聲批評服務員。
當日餐廳員工人手少，可能未發現上述情況，建議日後多注意，一旦發現類似情況要及時主動將玻璃門關閉，防止煙味飄入餐廳。
2.有些住客素質低，沒有公共道德。某日早餐期間，餐廳裏一名👨🏻住客一邊打電話一邊取餐，即使落座後餐期還邊吃邊大聲講電話，一直到它離開為止。這種噪音嚴重妨礙其他住客安靜用餐。建議餐廳員工遇到類似情況，及時勸阻這樣低素質的人在酒店內大聲喧嘩。

入住體驗感挺好的，酒店環境不錯，大堂非常有調性，裝修很高級，前台優妮工作認真負責，辦理入住很快，房間乾淨整潔，房間內小冰箱內的飲品都是免費的，酒店內有健身房和洗衣房非常方便，早餐也挺豐富的。

入住感受非常好，2025年開業，酒店正對面30米六安市人民政府，酒店餐飲豐盛，酒店大廳、走廊、房間衞生非常乾淨，房間面積很大，房間陳設很新，床上用品質量很好，層樓保潔阿姨對工作認真負責，酒店前台熱情周到，住宿價格實惠，服務周到，推薦給大家。

房間的設計也獨具匠心，床頭掛着電影海報，電視裏還提供了該電影的高清資源。躺在柔軟舒適的床上 看着電影，這種體驗簡直太棒了！ 而且10樓除了自助洗衣外 還有其他的休閑區 酒店的服務更是貼心至極。前台王女士也非常的熱情 非常不錯的一家酒店

六安第一家希爾頓歡朋酒店，新開的環境服務都挺好的，前台辦理入住很方便，優妮小姐姐很熱情，入住時貼心提醒了早餐時間和WiFi密碼，房間小冰箱的飲品都是免費的，早餐也非常豐富，中西結合，符合大部分人的口味，真的性價比很高。
