"The Tv didn't work. There was no air conditioner in April when the temperature was 27 C.. No complimentary water or coffee/ kettle and no Iron, however the room was Big and ample parking spaces."

"The front desk staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful to recommend como food and restaurants, and also handwritten the bus stops and routes we need to take back and forth.
Hotel front desk can buy round-trip tickets, which are cheaper than actual"

"Hotel great rooms. Restaurant and breakfast I wouldn't visit anymore. Breakfast little choice. Restaurant. Maps English different from in Italian. Had paid the room in advance. Reception booked the amount again. I had to wait 6 weeks and see myself I get my money"

"This is a new hotel after relocation. The previous address was next to it, so the navigation was still the previous location. It took 10 minutes to find it. It is inside the Maserati 4S store park. The hotel environment and facilities are very good. It has its own swimming pool and indoor and outdoor peddle courts. It feels like a vacation. The hotel service staff is very good, and the room hygiene is cleaned twice a day. Whether it is Lake Como or going to the center of Milan, it is recommended to stay here if you drive."

"The service counter was very friendly. The overall environment is very clean and comfortable, and the space is large and sufficient. I like simple and clean style, and I like the cool breeze which is very comfortable. And the sunshine in the early morning. Hear the bustling sound of the road. The password door is a bit dangerous. It would be scary if someone broke in while you were sleeping. The only scary part."
