Hotel is exceptionally good. The view from the room is also very good.

Everything is great except the staff at reception.they r not welcoming and rude .they dnt understand the value of customer…they need to change their attitude towards customer.

This property is ok not so good not so bad.

First thing first, very smooth and great check in experience by Vedant at the Front Desk 👏👍. All preferences and requests were well taken care, thank you Vedant and I wish you loads of luck for your future endeavours. I strongly recommend this property coz of following: 1. Located at most posch area of City of Nawabs #Lucknow. 2. All prime local attractions are with in a radius of 5-6 kms, besides all shopping malls. 3. Quite high rise property, with no obstruction in providing a 360 degree view of the majestic city of Lucknow, especially, the amazing Gomti river front, water fountains, sprawling Ambedkar park and ofcourse our very own Hotel Taj of Lucknow, which is still a pinnacle of old and new world luxury despite many other properties which have come up ❤️. 4. Just 20-25 mins from the airport if you take Shaheed path🎉. 5. Well appointed rooms with all required amenities and majestic views. I was in room no. 902 and had almost 270 degree view if not 360 degree atop 😍. Look at amazing clicks from my room. 6. Have a look at more pics and you will find more reasons to check in here. Especially for dining experice at L14, which offers a great culinary and city view experience🥰. The team at the restaurant L14, ensured that I had a good breakfast experience. Led by Manager Samusanta  Koley, his teammates Saksham, Santosh, Shivam, Supreen Mophi served really well. Many thanks and gratitude guys. Koley, thank you again (and convey to your friend Vimlesh Ray from Marriott Hyderabad that I missed his first name in my last review of his property 😀). Chef Akash prepared an amazing exoctif veg, served by Kokey, a must try, thanks chef Akash. Good ABC juice and freshly cut mango, thanks Santosh. Pic credits for L14 pics goes to Saksham, thanks. Mophi got me some Bhaji and Agra aloo ki sabji, amazingly 😋. Thanks to other Chef Arjun (sorry, if I am missing the name). Well, was checked out by Satyam, it was his first day at work and he checked out a much travelled and experienced person smoothly, ofcourse well supervised by Vedant. Wish you tons of luck Satyam, may you do good👏. I would love to be here again to create more memories and everlasting experiences.
