"كل شيء جميل في الفندق النظافة و المكان و يوجد ايضاً مول صغير بجوار الفندق للذهاب اليه و يوجد بالفندق سكاي بار و يوجد مطعم زعفران جميل و رائع و ايضاً بالفندق يوجد بوفيه للافطار و العشاء في الدور 14 و الخدمة اكثر من ممتازة و رائعة في بوفية الفندق ، خصوصاً بالافطار و العشاء بالبوفيه و اود ان اشكر Anand شكر خاص على الخدمة و الروح الطيبة رجل مهذب و يستحق كل الاحترام."

"Here is a more polished, professional version of your review while keeping the concerns clear and firm: --- This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, especially for a property that carries a star rating. I would not recommend this hotel until significant renovations and service improvements are undertaken. The room allocated to us had numerous issues, including a broken window, poorly functioning air conditioning, missing toiletries, soiled couches, and a mattress with worn-out springs, ***** with several other smaller maintenance problems. The second room we were initially given was even worse, as it had a strong and unpleasant smoking smell. We were then moved to another room, which was slightly better but still had multiple issues related to the quality and condition of the bedding, sofas, chairs, and overall furnishings. Despite checking in around 5:30 in the evening, basic amenities such as towels and essential items had not been placed in the room. The overall attitude of the hotel staff also appeared indifferent. When we were told that our room would be changed, the process took an excessively long time, requiring multiple phone calls and two trips to the reception desk before it was resolved. One particularly silly issue was finding water filled into the body wash bottle. When this was raised with staff, the response was casual, suggesting it may have been forgotten. This level of service is unacceptable and far below expectations for what is presented as a four-star hotel."
