I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at W Hotel Hong Kong and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, making me feel instantly welcome. The design of the hotel is ultra-modern and stylish, blending luxury with a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the in-room amenities—from the plush bathrobes to the Nespresso machine—made my stay even more indulgent. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight and arguably one of the best in the city. Swimming above the skyline is an experience I won’t soon forget. The gym is also well-equipped and open 24 hours, which was perfect for my schedule. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed breakfast at KITCHEN, where the spread included both local delicacies and international favorites. The attention to detail and service quality stood out throughout. Lastly, the location is fantastic—right above Elements Mall and directly connected to Kowloon Station, making travel to the airport and around the city incredibly convenient. W Hong Kong delivers a flawless combination of luxury, comfort, and vibrant energy. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a premium stay in the heart of Hong Kong.

Rating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

Nice hotel, luxury, comes with lounge, snacks, breakfast and simple meals provided, for suite room check in at 43th floor, meet and greet girl at lobby kinda...., cause she said opps sorry I just can speak English, why they assign a person greeting at lobby with just English speaking, try to learn from Emirates, it's weird, when in elevator ,you ask something to her in Cantonese, she look at you and answer sorry I don't understand, then you speak in Chinese, and she say sorry just English @@.

Fantastic service by the Regent team. I hosted my engagement occasion here and the staff were very helpful. Excellent service from entry ＞ checking in ＞ in room service ＞ checking out. The Regent team made my experience and my fiancé a very pleasant and memorable one! It is because of my special occasion that I probably got upgraded, but I appreciate it and love the extra mile they put in! Food at the breakfast buffet was as good as it can be. I would say Marriott's breakfast is still the best that I've been to. Regent was still a good experience from what you can see in the photo. The views at the Regent are the best maybe only K11 can beat it. Maybe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Living up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc. Good for short trip and business people. The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time. There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞 I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲
