Ce fut une belle surprise. Nous avions une des deux chambres au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse, confortable avec une vue magnifique sur l’église, la rivière et le lac. Très bon petit déjeuner, les œufs sont servis sur demande. Situé dans un endroit calme et central. Donc je recommande.

Hotel pequeno mas com boas instalações e boa localização. Pequeno almoço razoável e atendimento eficiente e simpático. Para uma visita rápida a Lucerna é uma boa opção na relação qualidade preço. Restaurante também simpático com empregados muito atenciosos.

We were recommended this tavern for a meal by our hotel as being a traditional restaurant and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were very accommodating even though we hadn’t booked on this Saturday night. The service and food were exceptional. We only had one main course each, which was plenty for us. Atmosphere was lovely and friendly. Would recommend if you are staying in the area. Also it’s on an easy bus route.

Hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Lage und nettes Personal. War schon mehrmals da und bin immer zufrieden. Leider fehlt in einigen Zimmer die Möglichkeit ohne Probleme Steckdosen zum Laden vom Handy etc. zu finden. Verlängerungskabel verlangen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.

What a lovely hotel in the Old Town of Luzern. The staff were amazing and helped us in every way. We arrived early and we could left our luggage with them. On arrival our suitcases were already taken to our rooms. We were upgraded for free to the top floor and these rooms were beautiful. We also had a stoep on both sides.

L'albergo è posizionato in zona centrale a poca distanza dalla stazione (700 metri a piedi o due fermate di autobus), in una bella piazzetta sottostante la Hofkirche, la più importante chiesa della città. Di positivo sicuramente la camera, sufficientemente ampia, silenziosa e con una buona vista e l'ottima accoglienza (bellissimo il biglietto scritto a mano fatto trovare in camera con un piccolo e gradito omaggio). Da migliorare invece la colazione con il relativo servizio.

Ich war zwei mal im Hotel Rebstock, nämlich im Februar 2024 und ein zweites mal im Oktober 2024. Die Rezension bezieht sich auf den Februar 2024. Das Hotel Rebstock ist ein schönes Hotel. Es hat ein schmales Treppenhaus und einen nicht mehr ganz neuen Fahrstuhl, der aber seine Arbeit tut. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde im Erdgeschoß gerade Renoviert. Mein Zimmer hatte ich, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, im fünften Stock. Es war ein schönes Dachzimmer mit einem Kippfenster. Die Glocken der, in der Nähe liegenden, Kirche St. Leodegar konnte man durch das geschlossene FEnster hören, was mich aber nicht im geringsten gestört hat. Nachts hatte ich teilweise das Fenster geöffnet um frisch Luft herein zu bekommen. Morgens gab es das Frühstück, das mich, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, 20 Franken gekostet hat, in jenem großen Raum im ersten Stockwerk mit Ausblick auf die Straße und den See. Im Zimmer befand sich ein Kühlschrank mit unterschiedlichen Getränken. Im Oktober war ich das zweite mal in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war im zweiten Stockwerk. Es war in Ordnung, bis auf das Badezimmer, bei dem ich demjenigen, der für die Gestaltung zuständig war, bescheinigen möchte, das er nicht alle Latten am Zaun hat. Das Frühstück fand in einem ungemütlichen Raum im Erdgeschoß statt.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Hotel Rebstock und ziehen leider kein positives Fazit. Unser Zimmer lag im älteren Teil und war recht finster. Es gab im Zimmer gefühlte 15 Lampen, aber keine gab richtig hell. Das ganze Interieur ist tiefste 80er Jahre und sollte dringend modernisiert werden - und die Wände neue Farben. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und wir hatten am Morgen ziemlich Rückenweh. Die Kissen stützen nichts und man hört die Zimmernachbarn recht gut. Im Zimmer hat es zwar ein WC mit Dusche, aber die Türe vom Zimmer ins WC ist aus durchsichtigem Glas und man kann alles sehen - wer will das schon!! Das Personal ist herzlich und bemüht, aber man merkt, dass im Rebstock die ganze Aufmerksamkeit dem Restaurant zukommt und der Hotelbetrieb sekundär ist. Die Lage ist einmalig gut, aber sonst können wir nicht viel Positives berichten. Auch das von vielen Tripadvisorn gelobte Frühstück entpuppte sich als mittelmässiger Standard und der Kaffee war gar nicht gut.
