Lucerne Hotels with Wifi

Stayed in Ibis styles for 2 days. The hotel receptionists and staff were so approachable and very accommodating. They guided us on how to go about the city with the different transportation available and the must see attractions in Luzern. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Very clean room and toilet. I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Switzerland.

There was no electric kettle in the room, and after I replied to their questionnaire in the email, they immediately delivered one to my room the next day. I did not know how to operate the coffee machine. The service man also came to show us how. The safe battery was low, and the safe gave out a beeping sound and blinking light. I informed the reception that night and the service man came the next day to fix it.

Even though the location requires you to take a bus to the hotel around 20mins. Bus stop just outside the hotel. 2-3mins walk. We were delighted with the hotel. Very well thought out room and design very tasteful. Very nice view of the lake. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

The room is nice, the transportation nearby is also very convenient, the front desk was very friendly when checking in, except that if you bring children, each child will be charged an additional 100 Swiss francs per night, but there is no other way

I recently stayed at the Cascada Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me an adaptor for my phone charger when I needed one. The amenities were also impressive, with complimentary use of the hotel minibar, including tea, water, coke, iced tea, and more—something most hotels do not offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. There's also an on-site restaurant known for its Spanish menu, which is definitely worth a visit. My room was kept clean every day, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the Cascada Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location.

Lucerne National Hotel, the front desk guy is awesome Check in at the front desk, the super handsome guy at the front desk enthusiastically served ice water, chocolate, introduced the surrounding tourist attractions, helped with luggage, introduced the hotel lobby service configuration, and introduced the various functional areas of the room in detail. The room has a direct charging plug, and the detailed service feels super good. The guy can speak a little English, maybe because he has a Chinese girlfriend, so he is very enthusiastic about Chinese people, the hotel experience is the best e I wish you happiness G, you should stay here next time! A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!

Location – 9/10 The hotel is in a prime location, right by Lake Lucerne and just a 5-minute walk from Lucerne Train Station. The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

Hotel location is unbeatable as it is right opposite the train station. Supermarket and restaurants all within 100m. The old town is also 5mins away. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast is acceptable.
