We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service. We understand that this is frustrating. The elevators are already back to it's normal operation. We also noted your comments in regards the size of the sauna. The sauna time is standardly set to 15 minutes to avoid unwanted incidents. We are absolutely delighted to receive your perfect 10 out of 10 rating for our service! It's our dedicated staff who truly make the difference, and we are so proud to hear that they were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist you. As I have checked, your original booking is for our Standard no view room which has literally no view for the view is blocked by the neighboring hotel. With this, we have given you a free upgrade to our Executive room with a view though with a walk in shower for a more comfortable stay. I also believe it was explained upon check in. I will take note on your profile that if you have future bookings with us, we will retain your original booking.Also, for the mineral water we have a complimentary bottomless water that you can get in the dispenser located in front of the elevator. If you prefer a bottled water it is for sale for Php60.00.I hope I was able to enlighten you and I hope to see you again soon.
