Clean and cozy room with great amenities such as washing machine and cooking equipments. Hotel is located in a good location

I like this hotel and have stayed here many times. The staff are friendly, but the check-in process is consistently slow, often taking around 20 minutes. They strictly enforce a no early check-in policy, even when rooms are available. The breakfast is better than average, and the location is excellent — in a safe and very livable area.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect ! The service is amazing and the location in Makati is great. The room is very nice and comfortable.

We love the hotel. Good service, fair rates, good facilities, nice staff, and most of all pet-friently hotel! The only downside? The food. We stayed here twice already, during the new year & just recently. The food quality is consistently poor from our dinner to the breakfast buffet. I hope you can improve the quality in the food that you serve especially for the breakfast buffet. On top of it all, we will still go back and stay in this hotel. Just complete the good experience by doing something with the quality of your food.

Easy check in and out. Friendly, professional staff. Location is in a quieter area of Salcedo. The room and the whole floor could use some air freshener to keep the air smelling fresh. Other than that, I had a good stay and would recommend this place. 👍🏻

The bad rating for service is because the guard on the parking!! On april 1st around 3-4pm

We had a good restful stay at Somerset. It was my husband’s birthday so they gave us a cake sadly we forgot it in the refrigerator huhu but I was so happy with my stay. Great pool, yummy food, and accommodating great service.

Convenient to where I am heading and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and cafes.

Requested for items that are supposed to be replenished when they cleaned the room during the day. Items took very long to be sent. When they finally reached the room, I could not reach the door in time and they just came in to the room. They should not come in to the room without permission. A total red flag for safety. In the first place, basic items should be checked and replenished, and not let it be left (almost) empty and such incident will not happen. Very disappointed with the service.

Poor breakfast and coffee. Lift doesn’t work probably.

特別棒的酒店，附近吃的也很多 設施：雖然比較老但是也還不錯，總體環境很好，四星相當於國內的商務酒店吧，早餐還不錯。
