There was no reservation at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin. They did not find the reservation and we were transferred to another hotel, Al-Masa Grand, which increased our stress and exhaustion. There was no reservation at all at Al-Masa Dar Al-Fayzin and we were not informed of that. Please be accurate in the reservation and inform the customer of any new developments.

Bedrooms are in good general condition with firm beds. Breakfast was awful with no variety of food and limited selection of food and drinks. I would not stay at this hotel for long term. short stay in ok stay. This hotel rating I would give 1 out of 5 for overall service.

We recently came here for our umrah and as we entered a staff worker treated us very poorly we were standing for half an hour for him to help us to go to our rooms and get our luggage there when he was walking he left a smirk on his face and told us that we are talking rude to him when he is! So I wouldn’t recommend this for any people!

We recently came here for our umrah. As we entered this staff was really unfriendly arrogant to us. We were standing for half an hour for him to take us to our rooms. He was refusing to let us in and guide us to our room after half an a hour he brought the carrier to put our luggage on when he was walking he put on a GIANT smirk on his face which we were NOT happy with. I RDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE

Hotel to be banned and denounced, it is located 1km from the Haram if you have people with reduced mobility go there again less room of 2 transformed into 5, no space for clothes, the mattresses there are only springs your back takes a beating only the cushions are ok, the bathroom is a disaster the sink is disgusting with smells that come up, the shower is a paddling pool, you have to scrape all the time with the squeegee provided in the bathroom, you have to ask to clean the rooms, in short do not come very bad experience !!!!!!!!!!
