"Relatively speaking, what I am most satisfied with about this resort is actually the service, and by this service I mean the face-to-face service from the island welcome, facility introduction and restaurant, which really makes me feel at home. The room is large enough and the bed is very comfortable. There are also many free water sports equipment for guests to use. There should be more dissatisfactions, and the positive comments above are also basic for resorts at this price. Let me talk about some things I am not satisfied with. After landing on the island, I flew a drone as soon as possible. The staff immediately told me that it was not allowed to fly over the island because of privacy. I could only fly towards the sea. I gladly accepted this, but after checking in, when I was flying a drone for my niece to take pictures, the security guard ordered me to immediately recycle the drone. The entire resort could not fly, even towards the sea. At this time, another reason was that this was a helicopter landing point, and in fact, DJI also had a limit of not exceeding 60 meters in height. I couldn't accept this in my heart, because it was obviously inconsistent with the rules told to me during the welcome. In addition, as for privacy, the use of cameras should be prohibited, because drones cannot see people clearly unless they fly at ultra-low altitudes, but my camera can. Although the resort is by the sea, you can't see the sunrise or sunset. For a photography enthusiast like me, I will never choose this place again. In addition, there are so many mosquitoes and flies in the whole resort that I can't worry about eating during the day. I need to keep driving away the mosquitoes with my hands. I can't drive away the mosquitoes at dinner at all, and I can only let them suck my blood. The cooking of the food should be good, especially the steak. The seafood generally feels not fresh enough. The faucet in the restaurant bathroom has a pitiful small water flow and has not been replaced. (Figure 10) What I am most dissatisfied with is that there are clothes on the trees next to the beach, and I found this from the photos after I took the portrait. It is unforgivable that such a high-priced resort has such avoidable mistakes. We spent so much money and time shooting, but the background in the photo turned out to be like this. At that time, there was no time to reshoot. I deliberately took pictures of the clothes that should not appear on the tree before leaving this morning. (Pictures 8-9) The resort obviously has no measures for environmental protection. When I walked into the sea and found corals, I consciously stopped moving forward because I can't swim and can't keep my body afloat. If I continue moving forward, I will definitely step on the corals and kill them. The water house is the characteristic of the resort, but I am very glad that I didn't book it. Later, I often observed it on site. I prefer the wooden house in the jungle next to the beach."

"The sea view room can see the sea with unobstructed line of sight, and the room can accommodate two or two or four people. Here you can fully enjoy the nature and tranquility of Fiji's outer islands. The service is very good, the sanitation and facilities are good, boating, swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing are good places for island vacations. Western-style breakfast with many varieties and fresh fruits."

"The hotel goes to the island by boat to the hotel's waters, and then the hotel's boat is sent to pick you up. The process of going to the island is very interesting. The round-trip ticket is about 1,000 yuan. It departs at 12 noon every day and arrives in about an hour. The hotel returns to the main island at more than 2 pm, so you can have lunch before leaving. The hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, and the facilities of the Sheraton international brand are beyond words. The golf course picks up luggage, there are also helipads, the infinity pool is also very beautiful, and you can bargain with the boss in the gift shop. The very nice white supervisor on the island can speak Chinese, but Fijians will think that Chinese people are Japanese. It's a great grievance, which is very speechless! There is nothing to say about breakfast. The outer islands can have this level, which is not as bad as the main island. You can also choose a drink. There are generally only 2 restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. You can make an appointment for the sunset view. One is the main restaurant for breakfast. It is pure white rice, but the pork tortillas are delicious. The others vary from person to person, and the portion is enough! An average of 4,50FJD per serving. There are buffets a few days a week, depending on the hotel arrangement. After dinner in the evening, there will be resident singers singing, which is very atmospheric. To be honest, the voices of Fijians are very charming! There is also an Indian restaurant next to the swimming pool. The Indian food is super delicious, and the plates are also very interesting. It is definitely not enough to eat rice and curry at 50 or 60 FJD per person, but there is also a sac that can definitely be eaten. There is also a restaurant on the lawn behind the hotel lobby. I didn’t see it open, but it seems to be a barbecue. I won’t comment if I haven’t eaten it. The hotel’s sea area is very beautiful the next day after the rain. You can see a lot of small fish in the near sea with snorkeling equipment. If you want to go to the deep sea, it is recommended to rent a full set of equipment, which is safer and more assured. You can make reservations for motorboats, kayaks, and sailboats at the water sports rental service. The price is reasonable! The hotel has a daily schedule with many free activities. You can watch what you are interested in. The hotel also has a hidden spot to watch the sunrise. Walk along the mountain from the tennis court to the back of the mountain to watch the sunrise. It is really super beautiful, but the road is very difficult. There are many mosquitoes. It is recommended to wear long clothes and long pants, otherwise you will be bitten at least 30 times! It is comparable to a country road. Comrades who want to go should be prepared! At the end, all the employees will sing a farewell song together and shake hands with the guests one by one. It is really touching and worth remembering and keeping! Among so many places in the world, if you don’t know where to choose, choosing Sheraton will not be a thunder!"

"Stayed for 2 nights and felt that the house was clean. There was no hot water for showering on the first day, but there was hot water on the second day. The living environment is good, you can see the sea from the window, and the hotel has good greenery. The food was generally good. I had four main meals, one was simple, and the other three were rich and self-service, with meat and vegetables, moderately salty. Breakfast is a little simple, with juice, milk, bread slices, etc. You don't have to pay extra for the fried eggs you want. Drinking water is provided for each meal and is provided by yourself. The service attitude is also OK."

"Three restaurants, one buffet, one a la carte, one snack. In general, the general dishes are not much. The activity is okay, I have to go to BOOKING CENTER every day to see and then book, this is not as good as the intercontinental. The second day of the event will have a printed brochure sent to the room. There are a lot of fish under the pier. You can go snorkeling by yourself. The annex is in a new house, so some rooms near the construction site will send 100 Fiji coins for food and beverages every day. Surfing is not suitable for children and beginners. The waves are too big. Bicycles can really ride. It is recommended to go to the golf course near the airport. There are many short coconut trees along the road. You can pick coconuts. The end of the road is beautiful and there is no one at all. But next time I will choose the intercontinental of the main island, because my son likes to surf there."

"Four of us stayed at Muskoka Resort on Malolo Lailai Island for three days. This tropical island hotel is very special, with unique ethnic decoration style, rich and diverse meals, and various special activities. We stayed for three days and every day was very fulfilling. What surprised us most was the free snorkeling activity of the hotel. Under the guidance of the teacher, we saw colorful fish and corals, which was an eye-opener! Most of the service staff on the island are also very enthusiastic. When we met on the road, we always said enthusiastically: ”Bu La!” (Fijian ”Hello!”). Every morning at five o'clock, I was awakened by the sound of birds ”Wake up”. The ecological environment is so good! I like this hotel very much and recommend it."

"Phenomenal place to stay and particularly good value. The sunset rooms were lovely and more than adequate, especially being away from the noise of the bar.. The food, though cafeteria serving style, changed enough each time that after 5 days only breakfast got repetitive. Staff were amazing throughout and so long as you don't need great WiFi you can completely relax. Make sure you take some good books or a few movies loaded onto your devices though, there's only so much snorkeling and diving I could fill my day with."

"The whole island is this hotel, there are no other residential or commercial spots. It is recommended that the friends who come to bring enough supplies, otherwise the supplies after going to the island can only be patronized by expensive canteens. The environment is very good, most of the rooms are facing the beach, there are a lot of coral reefs 10 meters away from the beach, there are sea cucumbers and starfish, the water level was not high enough at that time. The water is clear and blue-green. The facilities are just so-so, after all, it's not a five-star, and it's about the same level as domestic chain hotels. The sanitation is good, the whole island is very clean and there is no dust, so the rooms are also clean. The only problem is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. Remember to close the doors and windows no matter day or night. It is best to buy simple mosquito nets from Taobao. The service is also very good and the staff are very enthusiastic. Due to the off-season, there may be more vacancies. The front desk also upgraded our rooms for free and arranged the best sea orientation. I have to say that there is something fussy, but the island’s prices are too high, the water from the tap is salty, the boiled water tastes poor, (mineral water from the shop is 10 Fijian dollars, about 2.5 liters), and the island charges are too expensive for the hotel. There is no free shuttle."
