Отель новый, красивый, инстаграмный Находится в отличном месте. Красивые большие бассейны. Разнообразная еда, можно поесть почти в любое время. Ужины в разных тематиках разных кухонь мира. Хорошо обустроенный стильный пляж. Из минусов рядом находится шумный отель у которого клубная зона прям перед окнами. В первый день когда мы приехали там была музыка до 1.30 ночи. Мы не выспались ночь до этого из-за перелета и хотелось пораньше лечь спать. Но уснуть не удавалось, музыка играла очень громко. На просьбу переселить в более тихий номер на ресепшене сказали что отель забит полностью, продано больше номеров чем есть и переселить не могут. На следующий день на ресепшене тоже сказали что переселить не могут - все занято. Кроме того ни один бассейн не подогревается, хотя по прогнозу обещали ближайшие дни 19 градусов. Шоу в отеле интересные, есть большой экран и огромные колонки. Но басы в них играют очень громко, как в клубе. Моя жена беременна ей вредно находиться в таком шумном месте и купаться в не подогреваемых бассейнах и мы попросили, выселиться из отеля пораньше на несколько дней пораньше. Чтобы переехать в более тихий отель и с подогреваемыми бассейнами. На ресепшене сказали что с этими вопросами обращаться в трип ком. Я написал туда, сервис сразу же включился в решение вопроса. Но отель им не отвечал 2 суток. По прошествии которых отель сообщил в сервис что отказывает в запросе. К трип.кому вопросов нет, они все время были на связи и дали от себя компенсацию. Но к отелю в этом плане большие вопросы. Только на 4ый день проживания нам предложили альтернативный вариант номера, но он оказался с видом на водную горку, хотя мы изначально оплачивали более дорогой с видом на море, который оказался очень шумный. Компенсировать разницу в номерах отель так же отказался.

The hotel is very lovely and clean, lots of seating and beautiful rooms. Good food. Staff are very helpful. The drinks are very nice and the entertainment is very exciting. The beach is beautiful and the waterpark is very good for adults and children. Swim up rooms are perfect.

I came to visit with my family and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and helped with any questions we had. The pool was beautiful as well as the other facilities. Would love to come back and bring more friends and family, highly recommend. It was also so nice not to have to rush to grab any chairs on the beach or at the pool.

This is a review of the Asia A la carte and the chief waiter Mustafa. The food was superb and the care we were given by Mustafa was superb. Excellent service. The portions were good and the kids were well looked after. We were given an excellent cake. Well done to the team.

Visited as a family of 2 adults and a 14yo. Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed and shown where to get some food from the bistro as the main restaurant was closed. Luggage taken to our room which was on the 5th floor. We’d paid for a double family room with pool/sea view and were upgraded to a family duplex with 2 bathrooms on two floors. The rooms were spotlessly clean with fully stocked mini bars which were replenished everyday if needed. The only issue we found was the showers flooded as the drains didn’t flow quickly enough which meant some strategic ‘on and offing’ whilst in the shower to prevent the whole bathrooms flooding. We did mention it to housekeeping (via google translate) but didn’t peruse it further as it was something we could live with. The whole hotel itself is absolutely spotless - people are cleaning/sweeping/mopping all day long. The staff all work incredibly hard and although English isn’t as widely spoken as German or Russian they try really hard and their English was better than our Turkish. Nothing is too much trouble at all. We did find that tipping meant a plentiful supply of drinks and snacks but was in no way expected at all. For the services we received we felt they all deserved to be tipped, from the bell boys, waiters, housekeepers etc and were happy to do so but again there is no expectation to do this. The beach is stunning and literally seconds away from the hotel pools. The adult only pool is breathtakingly beautiful but all other pools are equally as lovely. For our first few days we had no issues at all with sunbeds and could get one at anytime but as the week went on and the hotel got busier the towels were being put out early but no one on them for most of the day which was annoying when we’d been out for the day to come back to still reserved sun beds but no one using them. The evening entertainment was great. Maybe a little repetitive as we had 3 dance shows 3 nights running but still fun nonetheless. We were in room 1517 and this looked onto the main pool and Maldeva pool and sea. It also looked onto the neighbouring hotel and their entertainment which was incredibly loud and went on late. No issue for us with having an older child but I would imagine not great for those with smaller children who would’ve been wanting their sleep before 1am All in all I would return in an instant. We probably won’t as like to go to different places this is no reflection of the hotel just our preference. Thank you Lago you were outstanding!

Прекрасно всё, от встречи на ресепшене, доставки чемоданов в номер, круглосуточной еды и баров с брендовым алкоголем, до работы персонала, анимации, территории, ресторанов алякарте, изобилия еды в любое время дня и ночи. Тематика ужинов каждый день разная - итальянский, азиатский, турецкий, испанский, гала, просто гастрономическое удовольствие! Свой аквапарк, сауна, теннисный корт, анимация, тренировке в бассейне и тематические вечера каждый день с новой программой. За территорию отеля можно вообще не выходить, скучать точно не придётся! WiFi работает на всей территории с хорошей скоростью, даже на собственном пирсе - можно лежать и постить фото сразу) Ребята из анимации стараются на все 100, спасибо Куби за чудесное развлечение во время игры в дартс! Его прощание, когда кто-то выбывал, незабываемо)) Прямо на побережье можно поиграть в волейбол или боччу, сразу зайти на фудкорт, в бар, и вернуться загорать) Балдеж неописуемый! Не успеваешь сесть за столик, к тебе сразу подходит официант, предлагает напитки, коктейли (есть алко и не алко). На всей территории стоят небольшие холодильники с водой, даже на пирсе один есть) От жажды точно не умрешь! Отдельный балдеж - пляж мальдивы, где каждый день вечеринка с живой музыкой на закате! Рекомендую однозанчно!

Отель супер , сервис на высшем уровне, алекард рестораны Бомба !!!! Побывал во всех ресторанах , везде все понравилось!!! Особенно понравилось как организовали и украсили павильон и номер в день рождения моей жены!!!! Помогала Guest servic Лола!!!! Дети и жена в восторге!!!

Po raz drugi w hotelu. W porównaniu do ubiegłego roku hotel bez zmian, Wszystko na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Jedzenie dobre wybór alkoholi i piwa również. Niczego nie braknie. Plaża Malediwy trochę się zmieniła dostawiono więcej leżaków, postawiono drewniane serce do zdjęć. Mały problem to oczywiście rodzice, którzy udają iż nie widzą tabliczek iż jest obszar 16 plus bez małych dzieci. Rozkładają się z dziećmi a potem gdy interweniuje obsługa do wszystkich mają pretensje. Polecam hotel wysoki poziom myślę iż jeszcze wrócimy!

Very high level and quality hotel. We totally enjoyed every minute there. Everything was so fresh, new, stylish and aesthetic. Special thanks to Yilmaz Erol (for some lovely - small surprises), Kubi and all entertainment team - they was very professional, polite and full of positive energy every minute. There is everything for adults ands kids. Very tasty and beauty cocktails, Maldives beach for adults and kids. I have no one bad words to say about this hotel :)

Отель очень хороший. Обязательно вернемся снова. Територия ухоженая, красивая, чистая. Еда так себе. В общем отель хороший. Вечером живая музыка. Сладости вкусные. Кофейня просто супер.днем анимация, гимнастика, немножко не хватает зелени.

We came back for our second visit and it was a blast! All is here we needed for our family, spring vacation. Thou april is a lottery with a weather, but we were lucky to pick wining ticket ☺️ What could be better - more flexibility on heating in a room (we like to have a quality sleep without 25 degrees in a room) - no smoking in balconies and event terraces (you just can’t avoid the smell) - and only on 5th day we managed to achieve to always have cucumber option in our gin tonics, yet we managed

Sehr geehrtes Team, leider muss ich eine große Enttäuschung über unseren Aufenthalt im Lago Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Als jemand, dessen Familie selbst seit vielen Jahren in der Hotel- und Tourismusbranche tätig ist, habe ich gewisse Grundstandards erwartet – insbesondere in Bezug auf Kundenservice, Sicherheit und Struktur. Umso erschreckender war die Realität vor Ort. Nachfolgend möchte ich die wichtigsten Punkte schildern: 1. Ungeeignete Zimmerkategorie & fehlendes Entgegenkommen Unsere Buchung erfolgte über Check24; vom Reiseveranstalter wurde uns ein Tiny Zimmer mit etwa 15 m² im Dachgeschoss zugewiesen. Aufgrund meiner Klaustrophobie war dies für mich unzumutbar – ich musste nachts mehrfach auf den Balkon ausweichen. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise auf meine gesundheitlichen Beschwerden und obwohl laut Rezeption andere Zimmer frei waren, wurde ein Wechsel über sechs Tage hinweg mit der Begründung verweigert, es fehle die Freigabe des Veranstalters. Selbst das Angebot, ein Upgrade selbst zu bezahlen, wurde abgelehnt. 2. Fehlende Führung & mangelnde Kundenorientierung Es war offensichtlich, dass dem Personal klare Strukturen und eine professionelle Einweisung fehlen. Aus eigener Erfahrung in der Branche wissen wir, wie wichtig kompetente, eingearbeitete Mitarbeitende für einen funktionierenden Hotelbetrieb sind – hier fehlte es an vielen Ecken. Täglich gab es neue Ausreden, keine Lösungen. Gespräche mit Vorgesetzten wurden konsequent verweigert. 3. Schlechter Service trotz bemühtem Personal Viele Mitarbeiter:innen – insbesondere in der Gastronomie – waren sichtlich überfordert. Es mangelte an Koordination, Übersicht und Ansprechpersonen. Die Kellner:innen gaben ihr Bestes, konnten den Mangel an Organisation jedoch nicht kompensieren. 4. Unangemessene Sicherheitslage Ich fühlte mich als Frau abends im Hotel nicht sicher. In einer Situation, in der ich mich bedrängt fühlte – auch in Anwesenheit von Hotelmitarbeitern – wurde nicht reagiert. Die lapidare Antwort: Ich hätte „klar kommunizieren müssen“, dass ich Hilfe brauche. Das ist inakzeptabel und zeigt ein fehlendes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit und Verantwortung. 5. Unstimmige Preisgestaltung & leere Versprechen Für das gleiche Zimmer-Upgrade wurden uns an verschiedenen Tagen 45 € bzw. 15 € günstiger genannt. Solche inkonsistenten Aussagen wirken unseriös. Zudem wurde uns ein Upgrade für den nächsten Aufenthalt als Entschädigung zugesichert – unter der Bedingung, keine negative Bewertung zu schreiben. Eine schriftliche Bestätigung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. 6. Tierwohl wird nicht ernst genommen Zahlreiche Katzen waren in der Anlage auf der Suche nach Futter und tranken Chlorwasser aus Becken. Obwohl das Hotel von Futterstationen sprach, haben wir keine einzige gesehen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind dennoch: • Die gepflegte Hotelanlage • Freundliche und sehr strukturierte Reinigungskräfte • Ein engagiertes Animationsteam (SUPER alle )!!!!!!!! • Bemühte und höflic
