The AC in the Lobby is not on it was very hot while having food from the restaurant as the lobby and restaurant are in the same area and it was not functioning or not switched on

The AC in the lobby was not switched on and it was very hot in the lobby and the restaurant,,We were forced to eat in the heat ,,The General manager or the lobby manager maybe kanjoos I think for switching off the AC to save the power.The lunch A la carte food was terrible,,,however the breakfast buffet was wonderful and tasty ..Next time at least switch on the AC in the lobby and use the solar system to save the electricity and not by switching off the AC

Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times. AC not working properly Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Hotel is nicely located and service is too good.. very Hygienicaly maintained hotel.. it was a good stay all together.

Akshatha S was so humble & helpful, in getting us the right rooms & also extra care in keeping the house keeping done . she only knows to tell yes , no is never her option . she is the star 🌟 of ginger mangalore. the rooms are good , sleep quality is good 👍

My visit in manglore with my family including my elderly parents was made memorable due to our stay at ginger in manglore and staff Mr Abhishek given good service the most appreciated part was the helpful and courtesy and food was also good and tasty

Another GINGER experience to enjoy the beach City of Mangalore!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Athira and Abhishek. One cannot miss the Manglorean cuisines at the restaurant! They have a tie up with local car vendors who have very polite and professional drivers. Thanks Ginger Mangalore for the comfortable stay.
