Overall it is good experience.

There are a lot of cockroaches inside the room. The ceiling is so noisy, you can hear footsteps on the 2nd floor. Hot shower not working, TV not working. Only the lobby is nice. It doesn't seem safe outside. When I left the key inside the room, I waited 2 hours outside for them to open it. I will not return to this hotel.

写真では綺麗ですが現実はめちゃくちゃボロいし汚いです、周りに日本人が行くようなレストランはありません。 最初にデポジット2000ペソ要求されます、シーツが多少汚れただけで1000ペソ要求されました。新品のシーツ何枚分だよって思いました。2度目は無いですね。

Hindi na access yung wifi nila tapos nag bibintang na pinalitan daw namin yung password, eh wala ngang signal dun. Ayaw ibalik yung 2k deposit for 2 unit. Dapat sila ang i reklamo ng perwisyo at wala naman kwenta internet tapos sila pa hindi mag babalik ng deposit. Grabe parang modus.

I've been using it for 20 years, but everything is old and the air conditioning is broken. Room 205 is the worst. I couldn't sleep until morning. They don't even have the ability to deal with it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Excellent swimming pool and restaurant. Be careful walking around the local neighbourhood as unconscious people lying around on the streets and in the doorways. - (but not of the hotel)

This is my 3rd stay at the Arzo. There is no elevator, the room decor is old but clean. Their Kusina restaurant is a good value with good food. There is a nice swimming pool and it's great to hang out there in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a 5 star hotel, but we paid a 2 star price for a solid 3.5 -4.0 star experience. Can't beat that.

房間還算比較乾淨，但還是海邊通用的潮濕味道，隔音不是很好，雖然旁邊不是大馬路，但還是有摩託車的聲音，大概就是國內招待所，旅館得水平。
