Foxy Crocodile Bush Lodge & Kruger Safari's - No Loadshedding

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The hosts were really kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They were always around making everything easy and personal. Our room was big, modern, and really nice, with both an indoor and outdoor shower. The food was delicious, and they were happy to accommodate our vegetarian requests. The lodge is in a great, quiet location but still close to the Kruger (15 min to Crocodile Bridge Gate) with a supermarket nearby. The wildlife around the lodge was amazing. One time there was even an elephant with a baby just behind the fence! We also saw gnus, zebras, warthogs, kudus, mongooses, and baboons, sometimes even while having dinner on the terrace. Our game drives with Pierre were fantastic. In one day, we saw the Big Five, rare wild dogs, and even two black rhinos! He was super attentive, made sure we had drinks and a breakfast box, and gave us lots of interesting info while always checking our wishes. We can’t recommend this place enough. It’s comfortable, the hosts are amazing, the food is great, and the wildlife is unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

Had a great stay at Foxy Crocodile Lodge. The owners and staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The villas were spotless – clean inside and out – and well looked after. The whole place is peaceful and comfortable, perfect for a proper break. We also did a game drive with William, which was a real highlight. He was knowledgeable, engaging and made the experience feel personal and memorable. If you're looking for a clean, quiet lodge near Kruger with great people and good service, this is a solid choice. Loved every moment. Already planning our next visit.

Our stay at Foxy Crocodile bush lodge was amazing. The hosts, Riette and Basil, were attentive and very helpful. The lodge was clean, spacious and the animals around the venue made it very special. We had an incredible and unforgettable stay. Thank you!

Our trip to the Kruger was one of our best. Truly authentic and restful. Riette and Basil could not have been more welcoming or better hosts. Discreet, friendly, warm and helpful. We loved our very comfortable accommodation and coming home to wildlife in front of our apartment.. with views over the crocodile river. Marloth Park can be busy but you can’t go wrong with this location and unlike within the Kruger you can actually take a walk and stretch your legs after a day game viewing in the park. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay! Room was nice and plenty of space. The owners and staff were very friendly and over accommodating. They come and bring dinner to your room or bbq right on your fire for you. The neighborhood is very safe and has security at the front gate. You have a private pool, indoor and outdoor shower and private fire pit to sit out by. We left early each morning to get into the park and they made sure we had a packed breakfast to take with us. The little attention to details went along way! Would definitely recommend.

The moment we arrived at Foxy Crocodile - we were greeted with this amazing big smile, from owner Riëtte. That was it for both us - a big welcoming smile and we automatically felt at home. Riëtte’s husband Basil was always around if we needed any advice or help and was very welcoming and chilled out. Which is what we really wanted - chilled and happy hosts. Glen was our Kruger National Park guide, from Foxy Crocodile - now this guy is something else. Very very knowledgeable and took us to parts of the park, where there were no other guides. And yes - we managed to spot all of the Big Five in one day. You couldn’t make it up - so a big 10/10 for Riëtte,Basil and Glen for that amazing experience. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff:- Elizabeth, Patricia, Nompie, Lucky and Pendulo were all brilliant. Always around if and when you needed anything and the food they prepared was out of this world. The staff would always stop for a little chat, which was nice and they all seemed so happy. The location is right on the KNP - so don’t be surprised when the odd Giraffe, Impala, Kudu or Warthogs casually walk by when you’re having your breakfast. Amazing experience - which we highly recommend. For the location, the host, the KNP guide and of course the staff. We will return
