Très bel hôtel avec un service impeccable, des prestations de grande qualité L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont magnifiques, la restauration délicieuse et le service incroyable. Cet hôtel est un vrai hôtel cinq étoiles luxe.  mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit déjeuner. Lahcen et Reda qui nous offre un service impeccable avec beaucoup de petites attentions et une gentillesse rarement égalée Le Maroc et les marocains sont très attachants par leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

The hotel is slightly far away from Medina, but the area is very nice and quiet. It is suitable for a getaway or a retreat. Highly recommend to anyone that is going for a holiday.

One of our best vacations, friendly staff, good food, multiple pool options and spa. The hotel also helps with curated experiences to travel Marrakesh and nearby places, the concierge drew up up an itinerary and arranged for a knowledgable driver to take us around. Restaurant staff went out of way to accommodate our dietary requirements. There is also a kids play area and nursery, where you can leave your kids if you want some peace and quiet.

What an amazing experience, the staff is incredible, the food delicious and the hotel itself is gorgeous! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was very attentive and willing to assist. Great people providing excellent service. The concierge service from Rafiq and Ghizlane was superb, they coordinated guided tours, desert visit and a cooking class. They assisted with a great welcome and happy birthday for our daughter (21). Staff at the restaurants were very attentive and made breakfast a treat every morning. The team of Hamza, Zakaria, Yassine, Saed in the morning along with Fatima, Zahra, Lachen (great sense of humor), Amina and Assia helped start our day right. The mint tea is delicious and their pouring skills are exceptional. The bartending skills of Abdelkarim was much appreciated, walking us through cocktails and beautiful glassware. Do yourself a favor and schedule a Hammam with Loutfiya in the spa. She knows her craft and it’s a great experience that will leave you relaxed, we each had one and couldn’t stop talking about it. The pool staff was very helpful, ensuring your space was clean, umbrella in the right place and any beverage or food orders delivered promptly. We took the cooking class with Chef Abdessamad Dandani and Chef Fatima to learn tagine recipe cooking, both veggie and chicken. They were patient, kind and shared their experiences, helping us create an excellent meal. The front desk folks were so helpful, Kimza, the front desk Manager was so attentive and kind in her approach. She ensured we had a great time and was always there to help. Overall, I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Marrakech, it’s an amazing place to visit, relax after a long day of visiting Marrakech markets and museums.

vraiment extraordinaire !!! endroit idyllique au calme dans un environnement paradisiaque, un personnel au top du top !!! ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans cette catégorie d'hôtel je peu affirmer que c'est un des meilleurs accueil et personnel vraiment gentil et attentionné dans les moindres détails tout en étant discret. vraiment à recommander !!!

I’ve stayed at several Park Hyatts, and this is certainly among, if not the, best. The facilities are outstanding, as is the service. I’m a bit perplexed by some of the other reviews’ service criticisms as I found the service to be consistently excellent. Staff at the pool, lunch, and dinner consistently remembered me and my preferences, and always made time to chat and ask how things were going, what I had planned, etc. The rooms are fantastic, modern, and luxurious. The pools are great too; I particulary enjoyed the “other” pool away from the main one as it was always quite tranquil. The food was high quality and sufficiently varied as well. I would return here in a heartbeat; highly recommend!

The Park Hyatt Marrakech is an incredible hotel in terms of physical beauty (the rooms surrounding gardens lobby restaurants gym pools) and service (from checkin to checkout). I did stay at another five star hotel for my final day in Marrakesh closer to town but have to say the Park Hyatt was appreciably better in terms of design quality and especially quality of food and service. I have had the good fortune to stay at many great hotels around the world. This is near the top of my list

We spent the final two days of our 11-day journey through Morocco at the Park Hyatt Marrakech — and it was truly the best decision ever. After immersing ourselves in the rich cultural experiences of Morocco’s riads, ending our trip at this world-class five-star resort was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The grounds are breathtaking, with expansive views of the Atlas Mountains, lush landscaping, and beautifully appointed, generously sized rooms. Every staff member we encountered offered attentive service, and we were especially delighted to receive a room upgrade in honor of my birthday — a thoughtful and memorable touch. We dined at both the Poolside Pavilion and the hotel’s Moroccan restaurant, and each meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa was another standout — serene, luxurious, and a true highlight of our stay. As someone with a background in interior design, I can say with confidence that the architecture and design of the Park Hyatt Marrakech are truly exquisite. The property embodies elevated desert chic — a harmonious blend of modern luxury and Moroccan influence. From the artwork to the soothing natural palette inspired by the surrounding mountains and desert, every detail is curated to create a sense of calm and beauty. This was a splurge well worth it, and we would return in a heartbeat if we’re lucky enough to visit Marrakech again.

Superbe hôtel, le service du personnel est exceptionnel, très attentionné, professionnel, réactif. Les restaurants sont très bons, la nourriture de qualité et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Je recommande le brunch du dimanche !!!!!

Un hôtel exceptionnel à tous niveaux : - des chambres et salles de bain spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un service mini bar gratuit et rechargé tous les jours. - un complexe SPA avec salles de sport (vue sur golf) , piscine intérieure, jacuzzi et multiples petits salons pour se détendre. - un petit déjeuner de qualité, varié, servi par un personnel adorable, compétent et aux petits soins - de très belles piscines extérieures - des fleurs, des jardins, un potager... Un hôtel généreux, splendide, avec un personnel dévoué…

The service at this resort is extremely poor, especially at the restaurant and pool. When you need something, there’s rarely anyone around to help. If you do find someone, you’re often told that another staff member will assist you—but they never show up. For example, we ordered a beer and a bottle of water at the pool. After asking four different people and waiting over an hour, nothing ever arrived. We eventually had to return to our room just to get some water ourselves. It’s a shame, because the resort itself is beautiful, the food is wonderful, and the staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, there’s a serious breakdown in the service operation that really undermines the overall experience.

I really would like to give this Hotel 5 stars! It's a beautiful place, nice and well laid out rooms, very friendly people working there and a great pool area. However I only give it 3 stars at this time because of the totally disorganized information you get and a team not in sync. One person says one thing, and another something else - funny in the beginning but frustating after a while. Some examples where as the last two is the really low points. -First we ask if the gym is available for our kids to come along with us and the reception says that they can, then we go there and they cannot according to the guy there and they get disapointed. The next day there is a sign that says that kids under 14 should be accomplished by an adult... -There is a Hamam in the shower room in the rooms. The first guy tells us to tell them three hours before use to put it on. When we ask them the next day to start it they don't understand anything and asks if it's warm (which it was at that moment) so it was probaly on by chance or on a schedule... A couple of hours later when we tried to use it it was off again. One person also told us that they would supply stuff for it and the next that we had to buy it from the spa... -The first two days the breakfast (which was great) worked super and we had a very good guy serving us. He went of shift and the next messed all orders up and just getting a coffee took 15 minutes. We took this up with the manager and his second day was much better. -We used hotel cars three times and the second time the driver drove like a F1 driver, quite scary and almost hit a person on the way back. He just laughed when we asked him to drive slower. We took this up with the manager on duty too and got understanding. -The really bad thing is that we asked the hotel for a car for our airport ride the last morning. We discussed the time to leave and the manager on duty adviced 04.00 am and I gave them the ticket and they checked the flight number also by themself. The day after at 04.00 there were no car! They probably booked it at 04.00 pm (or not at all??) and we almost missed our flight because there were no other cars at that time. Fourtunately the guy at the night shift got the hold of a Mandarin car 45 minutes later and we just got there by time! -We were really upset and said that we wanted an explanation directly during the day from the manager. Still now at 8 pm (same day) no contact (we left 4.45 am this morning! They really owe us both an apology, explanation and some compensation for this really stressful time in the morning which was all there fault. To summerize this hotel was really good but the service and cordination in between staff needs to improve! I would love to go back but when they solved this.
