While we’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the high standard of our cuisine and appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of our hotel, we’re truly sorry that some aspects of your stay did not live up to your expectations. We regret the missed opportunity to better inform you about the dining options included in your half-board arrangement. We apologise not having informed you that there is a fish of the day and a casserole of the week that are included in the half board. Your comments regarding service around the pool and bar area, as well as the delay with your wine order, have also been noted and discussed with the team. Please note that our pool bar remains open throughout the afternoon and offers a full beverage service while the piano bar opens at 18.00 h. In addition, our pool team is always happy to assist with towels, mattresses for the sun loungers, and refreshments. Please rest assured that we take this feedback seriously and will use it to further improve communication and consistency across all departments. We’re also sorry to hear that your room location didn’t meet your expectations, especially as you were celebrating a special occasion. We received the request for a quiet location. I wish you would have spoken to reception so we could have offered you a different location. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we understand how important these details are and regret any disappointment caused. Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen konnten und insbesondere unser freundliches Personal sowie das gute Essen lobend hervorheben. Um sicherzustellen, dass für alle Gäste ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung stehen, haben wir derzeit zusätzliche Liegen rund um den Pool aufgestellt. Bei geringerer Auslastung wird die Anzahl entsprechend angepasst. Da unsere Gäste zu jeder Jahreszeit das Speisen auf der Terrasse sehr schätzen, bemühen wir uns, auch dort ausreichend Sitzplätze anzubieten. Alternativ stehen selbstverständlich auch Plätze im Innenbereich unseres Restaurants zur Verfügung. Was die Lage Ihres Zimmers betrifft, so bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie damit nicht ganz zufrieden waren.
