360 Rainforest

It was amazing stay with my family, Mr:lakshan with his team treat us as a 5 star hospitality, Luxury room,💯% good food, super service , When we arrvied untill we departure they keep frist impression our last movement.highly recamonded 👊😊

Our family stayed in the nice and confortable tents for a night and it was just great. James the manager took great care of us and made our (too short) stay very nice. The location of the hôtel is perfect. The guide for the trek in the Forest was very interesting and made us a perfect walk, full of wildlife. Thanks to all of you

Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Die Zelt-Bungslows auf Plattformen direkt am Fluss sind nicht mehr ganz neu aber gut in Schuss und sauber. Kein Ungeziefer. Es ist lustig von der Terrasse den Affen in den Bäumen zuzuschauen. Wichtig war uns das saubere Bad mit guter Dusche. Das Essen ist gut und lecker. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn wenig Englisch gesprochen wird. Da springt dann schon mal der Manager ein und unterstützt. Der kleine Pool ist sauber und erfrischt nach der Regenwaldtour.

Déception en arrivant sur le site car nous avions réservé 2 chalets et le propriétaire nous attribu 2 tentes. Après réclamation impossible de changer Il se rejete la responsabilité entre nôtre agence. Nôtre tente était très humide draps presques mouillé pas de couverture. Repas très léger. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Par contre devant nôtre déception le gérant essayait de nous faire plaisir mais c'était difficile .

If you are looking for comfort then this experience isn’t for you! If you’re looking for an authentic rainforest experience, then you should stay here. There are 3 cabins and 3 ‘tents’ and we stayed in one of the cabins. The beds were hard but there was a mosquito net over it. The room was dark and gloomy but there was a sitting area outside of the room which was nice. Beware of leeches, they are everywhere! There was no hot water although the host told us there was. It is a very basic accommodation but is situated in the heart of the rainforest. The host James speaks very good English and was very attentive and keen to please. He showed a keen desire to improve the facilities and conditions over time (he had only just taken over the property). The food they served was very tasty (watch the huge portion size!) Overall, a fun experience.

We travelled a group of 12 people 2 small kids. Me and my parents have been here before 3 years ago. Like last time the service is really good. I'm conflicted about my review as all the workers who worked there worked hard to make our stay amaxing and if it wasnt for them it would have been average. Like last time one of the nights there was playing load music from one of the neighbor hotels and if you sleep in one of the tents it's like having a party in your backyard. The manager did everything he could to call the other hotel and make them stop the party. It stopped 23.00 also when you re in the middle of nature with small kids you are not looking for a party. The tents are very old and everything in them needs an upgrade. This place has a serene location and the view from the tent is amazing. Potentiale is big. We had 2 guided tours in the forest. AMazing tours with great tour guides. Last one - a big thanks to all the workers that helped carry our food down to the waterside as we didn't wanted to sit in the darker small restaurant area. From breakfast to evening dinner. I think we will choose another place for our next visit to the rainforest unless everything get's a good update.
