Hy Breasal B&B

We stayed in the motorhome Park, the owners are lovely people to deal with and are so accomodating. Fantastic showers, all the facilities. We planned to stay for 1 night and ended up staying for 3 nights. Great place to stay if you want to visit Grace O'Malleys castle and the deserted village. We will definitely be back in the Summer. The rate quality/price is excellent. The home-made breakfast (a traditional Irish breakfast with porridge for us) is included in the price and it is very good. It is really a B&B place. The room is inside a big house, where the owners life, and it has all we needed to stay a night. It has free parking. Owners were very friendly with us, she recommended us a lot of places to visit in the island and we could have dinner in the eating-room. Thank you! On the other hand, the room is a bit old and small for 3 adults.

We were made to feel so welcome the minute the door opened Lovely lady marie so helpfull Room was warm clean and very comfortable Breakfast was fabulous Would definitely book again and maybe longer stay next time gorgeous island with so much to see

Excellent B&B - Marie is an excellent host and her breakfasts are to die for, especially that bacon! Great location within walking distance of the pubs and shops and parking right outside the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on 6th and 7th of August. It is very reasonably priced. Large car park with loads of space for parking. Marie was the lady we were dealing with and she was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. She even offered a spare extension for electricity hook up as my own is very short. These are the nice things that make places stand out for us. The site is in an ideal location, only 2 min walk from local chipper, playground and a local pub which had a great Trad session on the Sunday evening. We loved our two nights in Achill and the experience was made much better by Hy Breasal and the lovely lady who runs it. Thanks

Stayed here to use camping facilities and loved every minute. Felt like coming home. Great showers and lovely friendly hosts. Great base to explore the area. Full kitchen facility was Great for family to make dinner etc. Can dispose of waste here and fill with water also.
