Loved our stay at Belleek Castle1

The Castle more than lived up to our expectations. The building is stunning, rooms amazing, beds comfy, food is out of this world. The castle tour is a must to.learn about the adventurer who rescued the place, hear its history and see his armoury and fossil collection. It was a fabulous place to stay

The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and friendly, we were served superb food by really lovely staff. The decor of the hotel was spectacular. We would highly recommend it to anyone travelling in this part of thw world. Great walk in the woods too, saw Jays and red squirrels.

Went to Beleek Castle last night for a Birthday dinner celebration. Convivial atmospere, beautiful surroundings and a higly attentive staff made for a very enjoyable experience. The food was first class. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Raquel, who attended to our every need with grace and good humour. She also did a great job of serving up our drunken bullock steaks on a flaming sword, which was a treat in itself. I'll be back.

We had a great time staying a couple days of nights at Belleek Castle. From the drive in this place has an awesome atmosphere. All staff we interacted with during our stay were cordial, helpful and good people. A special shout out to Colm who we enjoyed talking to and trying his bartender inspired drinks. His Captain Cortez is unique, tasty and worth a try. The Special Coffee, was special. Food was great from the breakfasts, cafe meals, to the exquisite dinners. The pork belly and scallop starters were incredible, the flaming steak and experience and the monk fish delicious. The Irish Whiskey Tiramisu, delicious spin on a classic. The building is grand, do the tour (great job Sean) and see the rest of the castle, the armory, and other collection. The room was clean, albeit dated. Paul, the owner was onsite and gracious. Would have no issue recommending this place for food, drinks or accommodations. I can see why it is a favorite wedding venue. Great job Belleek.

We availed of a blue book voucher deal, which included 2 nights bed and breakfast, tea and scones on arrival, dinner on one evening, and 2 pints of guinness after dinner, very good value deal. From the moment we arrived until we left, we could not fault the place. The staff are excellent and make it their business to familiarise themselves with their guests. Stephen and Colm in the bar and Racquel in the restaurant are excellent at their job. The food is top class and well worth the experience. The drunken bullock is well worth the extra supplement and the show the staff put on to serve it to you. The hotel room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean Seperate bath and shower in the room. The breakfast the next morning is in the ajoining Jack Fenn cafe. It's not your standard buffet style breakfast. Lovely walks around Belleek woods on their doorstep and only 5 minutes from Ballina town.
