Was ok food options very poor no parking had to use public car park not very user friendly at all

Disappointing stay - room was hot and stuffy - air con didn’t seem to work. Service was very average waited over 30mins for a shaving kit- when I went to leave the car park they tried to charge me $40 when told it was $25 . Seemed to be a lot of staff but difficult to get help. No streaming tv available could only use screen mirroring but because wifi was poor signal couldn’t work. Overall stay was poor.

酒店比想象中的大很多而且服務很熱情，我們到的時候全是很早，可是看孩子們很累，所以提前讓我們入住，真的很感謝

It’s an excellent hotel in general, beautiful lake view, close to city and tram, quiet environment. To be honest, it gives an old vibe considering the year while it’s price worthy. Pool and gym are good. Staff are nice and welcome. We left out glass cups when we checked out, when we came back they were kept. 🙏

Overall the experience at the Mercure Albert park was good. Pros - good location to trams, Albert Park and St Kilda and from the city . Beds were soft with clean sheets, tea & coffee facilities were good. Cons - Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, the shower goes hot and cold, we had room 2203 and there was noises in the vent as you walk in the door, pillows were hard and I had you only get 2 pillows for one bed, I had to ring housekeeping for another 2 pillows. I would stay here again as for the price it was worth it and the cons are only minor.
