Great location in the CBD zone, and just opposite the flagstaff gardens
Price is very reasonable for the location and size of the apartment.
Hotel staff very accommodating.
Only disappointing thing is the breakfast should have more varieties, but it is sufficient.

Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a free tram downstairs and you don't need to buy a transportation card.
If you like to buy some cosmetics, there is a chemist warehouse downstairs.
The supermarket is within about ten minutes' walk.
Victoria Market is an 8-minute walk away.
If you are joining a one-day tour, please walk 1-2 minutes to the meeting place near 206 ABett Beck Street.
Most attractions in the free tram zone can be reached within 2-3 stops.
If you are traveling with more than two people, we recommend taking Uber to and from the airport. It costs about AUD47-57 per trip and takes 20 minutes to get there.
If you want to go to South Melbourne Market, you can choose to walk for 40 minutes, or take an Uber for AUD14
The room is spacious, the place is neat and tidy, the equipment is new and complete. If you want to cook by yourself, remember to bring your own seasonings
No daily cleaning is not a big problem
Friendly staff, always happy to provide bath towels & room supplies such as trash bags, laundry powder, dishwashing powder...
You can take the garbage to the garbage room on the floor and dispose of it.
