حجز Mercure في ملبورن

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Returning Guests & Still Impressed! This is our second stay at Mercure Caroline Springs in just two months — and once again, it did not disappoint! Receptionist Magda was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and engaging! She recognized us from our first visit and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. To our delight, she even told us we’d been upgraded—how exciting! Her warmth and attention to detail truly made our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the location is ideal — peaceful yet close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s rare to find a place you want to come back to so quickly, but Mercure Caroline Springs truly feels like a home away from home. Already looking forward to our next visit !!! Thank you so much once again 🙏🥰🧚🏻♀️ Warm Regards Till we see you again Maya and David Albert Would love to upload a video I have of this weekend but couldn’t upload the video… Here are some photos thou

I chose the Mercure brand as the name has a good reputation. I chose Mercure North Melbourne as it was very convenient to where I had meetings to attend over a two day period. Though I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel, I did think the hotel was quite ‘tired and tardy’’ looking. I would suggest it needs an overhaul - a ‘facelift’ and a total refurbishment to raise its standard.
