Vibra Blanc Palace Aparthotel

Posizione ottima con spiaggia della caletta sa Caleta accessibile direttamente dalla struttura. La struttura dista circa 10 minuti dal centro di Ciutadella. Colazione internazionale ottima, camere non modernissime ma confortevoli e tanta animazione per i bimbi. Ci ritornerei

Très bon hôtel. Très bon accueil. Endroit très propre, chambre très propre. Nous tenons à remercier plus particulièrement Jose qui est très à l’écoute et fait sont possible pour que les personnes ne manquent de rien.

We stayed at the Vibra Blanc Cottages which falls under the Vibra Blanc Palace control... Here is a review of our experiences at the Palace complex. The Palace draft lobby has a carpet in it that is not even nor secure, it was constantly moving when people passed over it. The main reception of the Palace leaked through the ceiling, walls and curtain walling when it rained. The light fittings flickered on/off when the leaks got to them. The road outside got flooded up to the bottom step of the hotel. If you were being dropped off, you'd have had to wade through 1-2 foot of water to get to the steps. The external lights at the steps were not lit until mid week. The female toilets in main reception, the accessible one has been shut for at least 2 weeks. Drinks are overpriced in the bar. €5.50 for a large beer when you can get the same price at a Cuitadella harbour front bar. Evening entertainment is lacking. Breakfast was good. Heard mixed reviews on the evening dinner. Towards the end of our week there, we saw people were actually being lodged in the Palace rooms... But they would need to walk over to the Cottages pool and pool bar as the facilities on their complex were not open. The sun loungers were all padlocked and chained in the basketball courts and the pools were half full and fenced off. The bar is not open until 7pm. Ana, Daniella and restaurant staff are the main good thing about this place. I've done a detailed review with photos on the Vibra Blanc Cottages page on how poor the apartment was.
