Excellent security, great welcome from Mr. Bilal [GM, at reception office] He was very supportive during all stay including everything laundry, accomodation, house keeping. Very friendly communication and active support from his side.

Another even better stay! As mentioned this was our second stay in as many years. Staff friendliness, attention and welcoming has gotten even better than a very satisfying last trip. From being picked up at Robertsfield (airport) to being dropped off there, everthing worked out perfectly! Room (suite) was perfectly cleaned daily by an excellent housekeeping crew. Location is fantastic as anyone we wanted to meet showed up there at one point! Bilal does an excellent job in making sure that everything is up and running…leading by example! My home in Monrovia!

As a frequent guest of the Royal Grand Hotel, I'm consistently impressed, but my recent 10-day stay truly stood out. I was responsible for organizing a major event hosting high-level dignitaries from across Africa, and once again, the Royal Grand delivered flawlessly. The hotel's quality accommodations are always a given, but the exceptional service is what keeps me returning. Bilal, in particular, is simply outstanding. He's arguably the best hotel manager I know on the continent. His proactive problem-solving and responsiveness during the intricate logistical planning of our event were invaluable. Any potential issue was immediately addressed with a practical solution, ensuring a comfortable stay for all our guests. He is certainly an asset that keeps bringing value to the Royal , and he keeps getting better and better. For anyone planning an event, or simply seeking a top-tier hotel experience in Liberia, the Royal Grand, and especially Bilal's leadership, are unmatched. It's consistently my first choice, and for good reason.

Our group of 17 travelers decided to try the Royal Cafe with lunch buffet. Besides Lebanese dishes, the offerings included lemon chicken, Kafka au- four, kormer, fried rice,and more mains The delicious hummus must be house made and they had several salads. Desserts included a dry yellow cake, pancakes with pistachio cream. One of our group wanted an apple and reached for table decor that turned out to be plastic. OTIS brought us 2 apples. Great job! We informed the manager ALOYSIOUS and he seemed pleaseof Wheel chair access men's and women's restrooms both offer an accessible 5ft x5 ft space in central area. --The Donut Bar in the Royal Grand Hotel offers a sandwich bar with big sandwiches and a pastry and coffee section. I couldn't decide between all desserts and ended up with a decent chocolate cake. They also sell Selé Liberian chocolate bars in milk to various levels of dark chocolate. I bought a new version 99.9% which means essentially sugar free. Very strong and not sweet which is what I want. RAYMOND provided excellent friendly service with a smile. Note that prices are in USDollars. Seating available in standard tables and chairs menus are posted and legible. Pastries are marked by small signs.
