Останавливалась в St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat в августе на 12 дней. Погода была шикарная. Для пляжного отдыха - самое то. Море волшебное и переменчивое каждый день. Как водится, желающих плавать именно в море, немного. Но даже просто находиться на пляже - сплошное удовольствие. Я третий раз в Маскате и на текущий момент St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat мой самый любимый отель. Расположен в роскошном районе Al Mouj. За полчаса можно дойти до центра района с причалом для яхт. Очень милое место! На территории отеля множество ресторанов. Мои фавориты - греческий Zobra и итальянский Roberto`s. Сотрудники греческого ресторана ежедневно бесплатно предлагают отдыхающим на пляже попробовать закуски и это очень приятно! Отель предоставляет возможность абсолютно бесплатно каждый день пользоваться услугой глажки одежды для 2 вещей, что очень удобно. Помимо пляжа, каждый день ходила в спортивный клуб, который располагает достаточно разнообразным набором тренажëров, так что любители фитнеса точно не будут разочарованы. У меня с собой не было спортивной формы и узнав об этом мой butler Ali Shafiq и его коллега Hussain просто подарили мне спортивные леггинсы и майку. Я была очень тронута таким вниманием! Housekeeper Gayan делал совершенно удивительные фигурки животных, которые оставлял, убираясь в моём номер. Каждый день меня ждал сюрприз - новая фигурка. Я знаю, что так делают и в других отелях, но Gayan ни разу не повторился за все 12 дней моего пребывания. В лобби лаунж очень элегантное кафе и можно наслаждаться чаем/кофе в расслабленной обстановке. Red berries sorbet абсолютно восхитительный! И хочу особенно отметить очень душевного парня по имени Ryan из Филиппин. Его искренняя улыбка и внимание просто окрыляют! Поскольку мой английский сильно так себе, мне очень помог Aidar - парень из Казахстана, он исправил путаницу с моими заказами. Как только Aidar подключился, проблем больше не возникало. Я была абсолютно счастлива! Если вы размышляете, стоит ли выбрать St. Regis - не сомневайтесь! Отель новый и абсолютно шикарный!

The hotel was amazing and i highly recommend it if ypu are looking for a luxury hotel in Muscat! The room was big enough!

Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

Good and clean

New hotel with good views . However it is new and still some amenities are under construction like restaurants. Not worth the price paid could get better at other hotels for better price. Not much to do nearby in the hotel too out of city.

Luxury facilities excellent service. Would stay again next time

J’ai séjourné pour la première fois au St. Regis Muscat l’année dernière, peu de temps après son ouverture, et j’en étais déjà tombée amoureuse. Cette année, en apprenant que je retournais à Oman, il n’y avait aucun doute : je savais que je reviendrais ici. Je voyage très souvent et séjourne dans de très beaux hôtels à travers le monde, mais le St. Regis Muscat fait vraiment partie des plus beaux établissements de luxe que j’ai connus, avec sans doute l’un des meilleurs services. Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail : ils anticipent vos besoins, connaissent vos habitudes et vous font sentir chez vous dès l’arrivée. Le lieu est absolument magnifique, les chambres sont sublimes, les restaurants excellents et le personnel tout simplement parfait. Un vrai 20/20 ! Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Andrei, Ryan, Marwa, Munia, Hadra, Toko, Andrei, Aibar, Ahmed, Meble, Raju, Sospeter et Ali pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur sens du service exceptionnel. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation, et où je reviendrai encore et encore.

it was a wonderful experience, i love to try different hotels from time to time this was the best the room was the biggest room from all the hotels i tried in Oman the staff were super friendly, the facility in the hotel is extraordinary you don't need to go out they have different restaurants and the breakfast was another experience ... i will defiantly repeat this fantastic experience

it was truly wonderful. the staff was really well trained in handling guest, orienting me and my friends about the hotel and the amenities and best of all they are all accommodating and professional. Breakfast Buffet did not disappoint at all, my friend and who is not a fan of waffles ate it cause it was so good. And they have a good variety of choices The Swimming Pool and the resto at the pool aide is also great they served good coffee and food incase you get hungry which was perfect for us cause we usually get hungry after swimming The afternoon tea is also a must try, Ryan the filipino staff was really nice and very accomodating. The pastries and the cakes were so good.
