The room was not upkeep properly,Pillow cover and bath linen should be discarded, TV was not working and no one at reception to attend the complain however we asked hk boy to get resolve the issue but he could noy able to do and he dint send anyone to attend this ; next day again we raised the concern then it got rectified. Bathroom fixture (shower divertor )was not working properly. No RO drinking water available for namesake one unit is there but not able to drink, you have to purchase from vending machine available at reception. Good part the reception have sitting space and staff support to keep your luggage incase of late check-out.

Room is small but sufficient, food quality not so good, staff front desk is helpful.. located in a central area bit away (around 100mtrs) from the main road. Overall good value for what you pay.

Hotel is Good ,they kept the Hotel room clean and Good Well maintained ,Food also hygiene Room boy service well maintained. it is Good hotel

I have stayed for 2 days (3 day gap in each day) and fortunately got the same room both time. it was a nice stay and room are same as shown in picture but food is not available in hotel, you have to visit nearby hotel for food, which also owned by same owner, during second day hot water is not available then hotel staff gave us hot water bucket for bath, overall good

Problem of water and no hot water,no quick response very very bad experience

We stayed there during the summer. The room was small and the fan was not working properly. Though the room had AC, there was ventilation so wasn’t helping. The staff weren't cooperative. Had to request them for each things a multiple time, went to the concerned person after, still they weren't helpful. On complaining about the AC cooling and faulty fan, the reply got was the technician isn't available during the time and asked to close the ventilation with the towels or anything by ourselves, since no other guests haven't raised any concerns. In addition, basic amenities were not provided. It seems feedbacks are not welcomed by the staff.

Hotel service was nice and excellent. staff are polite. I travell with my friends. budget friendly hotel near Mysore bus stand. Do visit there.

Tv wasn't working and no cleaness in bathroom apart from this it was average stay and it staff is good

bed sheets is too dirty, hospitality is too bad and we live 3 days but they are not clean the room once, they are not providing any complimentary water bottle , toiletry kit is not upto the marks , towels are dirty staff is not supportive , once called for 1 plate , they are demanding amount for the same , terrible experience

I booked for 3 adults but room had cots for only 2. It’s location is very worst. No proper roads. Terrible
