exceeded my expectations in many ways. Had everything you need for a good night stay.

A bit far, but do not have choice

Excellent service came from front desk staffs speak in English and Chinese. Good food, good tea. And as an ESG volunteer auditor and consultant, the ECO friendly atmosphere in hotel is the most iconic experience, Though there's more to be done, it makes toyoko inn so identifiable and unique comparing with others. Hope to comeback soon and stay longer. Thanks.

In addition, among the Japanese economy hotel chains, Toyoko is the only one that provides free breakfast, and the food variety is also OK, but this hotel is large and very crowded, so try to avoid eating during peak hours.

We stayed for 3 consecutive nights and chose not to have housekeeping. We asked the front desk whether there were small gifts like other hotels, and the answer was that because you booked through Ctrip, there were no rewards! This made us feel that we were treated differently! Please verify!!!

There are many Toyoko Inns, but Kanayama stands out for the quality of its breakfast. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious, so please do come and visit.

The room is not small, a little bigger than similar business hotels, the window can be opened a little bit, the free breakfast is delicious, there are meals, eggs, sausages, coffee, bread, etc., there is a free shuttle bus to and from Kanayama Station, Kanayama Station is not far from the hotel, we walked there on the first day, toothbrushes and toothpaste are available in the hotel lobby on demand, there are small packages of DHC makeup remover lotion, there is a vending machine at the elevator entrance, Family Mart is opposite the hotel, and the sound insulation is good. Kanayama Station has Meitetsu and JR, which is convenient for travel. Next time I go to Nagoya, I will stay at this hotel again.
