"Worst ever in the Marriott group hotel I stayed. It is not really Sheraton standard. Washing with drying machine took 2 hours but made my clothes with badly smell. Room is superb small, not user friendly and poor design with minimal storage spaces. With that budget I will go for other chain business hotels."

It's conveniently located, safe, comfortable, and offers excellent service from the front desk staff, along with ample amenities. Richmond is a great value accommodation option in Nagoya. I suggest adding Halal-certified and Muslim-friendly food and beverage options to Richmond. Besides the Halal food, Richmond has become one of our family's favorite hotels. Thank you."

"I had a pleasant 1-night stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Nagoya Station. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nagoya Station, making it very easy to access transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it is a great option for travelers looking for a convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay near Nagoya Station."

"We ordered triple room and it's pretty tight since we have 3 hand carries and 2 big luggages. Window is pretty small too and located behind the tv so rather useless. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walking distance from Nagoya station. Front desk english is decent. Complimentary tea only has 1 flavour though. All in all still recommended."

The room is cramped with just one bed and a layout that makes it difficult to move around, but you captured it so well in the photos. Complaints may arise considering the price. "My husband and I felt at home while staying at the Richmond Hotel! We were amazed by the warm hospitality from the hotel service staffs, the amenities in the hotel (washer-dryer on the 5th floor), and the toiletries that the hotel provides (the shampoo and conditioner is great!!). The rooms are slightly larger compared to other chain hotels in my opinion, and we were able to open our 2 check in luggages fully. Depending on your walking speed, it takes us about 7-8 minutes from Nagoya station to get to the hotel. Opposite the hotel there are two yummy ramen shops, and a few combinis nearby. This is the best affordable hotel that I've ever stayed in Japan and looking forward to come back to stay on my next trip. :-)"
