Nagoya Nakamura Ward Hotels

Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is located at midst of Nagoya City and just directly above the Nagoya Station. You are basically can go anywhere from there by intercity trains to remote locations or by metro subways to local nearby point of interests (POI) and it is super convenience. There are lot of shopping malls and good F&B / sake shops around and you will never feeling tired to try and explore. The guest room hygiene is good as expected and I liked the hot water supply and temperature inside the bathtub. I found that the hot water supply and temperature in those Marriott-series hotel is far more better than those nowadays contemporary / modern hotels, which is so important to a tourist like me to take a relax after a whole-day travel visit in different POIs.

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Great balue, the overall quality is much better than I’ve expected. Room is clean and large, the toilet is clean and decent too. the staff was responsive and helpful. Location is excellent, 10mins walk to the major transport. Perfect for short stay.

Unbeatable location. 1-min walk covered walk from all Nagoya public transport. You got all kinds of cuisines in the shopping mall underneath. Lovely view from the room. Relatively more spacious than normal Japanese hotel. If you are a family of 3-4 with young kids, highly recommend the twin room. The breakfast buffet is with good choices and taste. Reasonable priced. Definitely stay again in next visit. No doubt.

MISLEADING INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER I needed a room with 2 single beds, so I filtered my booking for 2 beds when I book. Because of this, I have to pay more for my booking, but end up it's a 2 beds but attached to each other, actually was 1 bed. They didnt mention, they only mentioned the room with 2 small double beds, misleading me that the room set up with 2 separated beds. If this time I travel with a man friend, it would be very awkward and embarrassing that we have to sleep in 1 bed together (they said no other room that night). Very disappointing, really worry that will happen again in the future for my bookings, even with other hotel through the Trip.com.

Thank you to front office staff Umeda. Great check in customer service. Stayed 1 night with mum and dad. Location was perfect to the bullet train about 10mins away but feels quicker because there is an underground passage from station all the way to hotel. Hotel room had really nice touches like the bed was very comfortable and acoustics insulation I can tell had been considered. Modern and clean surroundings and room. No complaints. Also incredible view. They also have a spa - not much to shout about but nice bonus. Also they have the modern laundry all in one washer and dryer with digital lock - but only two - nice and appropriated. Thanks for the nice stay between Tokyo and Osaka. Nagoya has amazing eel rice and chill vibes.

The room has a spectacular view of the Nagoya skyline, with rooms located above 33 levels and above. Room service was immaculate and provided kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pyjamas. Service staff were all friendly and always ready to help. Location wise, it's sheltered all the way from level 2 to subway, which is just 1 stop away from the busy Nagoya Station. For people who like a good morning workout, it's just a 15-minute walk to Nagoya. Along the way, you can grab Starbucks or McDonald's. The popular Komeda Coffee chain is also just a 5-minute stroll away. There is also a convenience shop like 7-11 within the same building as the hotel and a Drugstore Matsumoto for you to buy a wide assortment of skincare and makeup!

The location is very convenient. It's 2 minute walk from the JR train station, very close to a variety of restaurants and has a shopping center opposite where you get anything : supermarket, pharmacy, mobile shop where you can get temporary SIM card to use in Japan and general product shops ranging from stationery, household goods and general perpose items. The staff are very helpful and eager to provide any information needed. It's not though a hotel where you can spend any significant time. The reception hardly has any sitting area.

One of the most Valued hotel. Good price!! A few minutes walk to Nagoya Station. 7-11 is on G floor, so Convenient! Btw, East side of Nagoya station has more things to do.

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone.
