Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen.
The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn.
Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!

Unbeatable location. 1-min walk covered walk from all Nagoya public transport. You got all kinds of cuisines in the shopping mall underneath.
Lovely view from the room. Relatively more spacious than normal Japanese hotel. If you are a family of 3-4 with young kids, highly recommend the twin room.
The breakfast buffet is with good choices and taste. Reasonable priced.
Definitely stay again in next visit. No doubt.

It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room as we have a young adult child. The hotel room must be of good size and comfortable as Nagoya shops close between 7-8pm and this hotel definitely fits the description.
Toilet has an interesting magnetic push door that leads to the WC and shower area. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided.
What we like most is their pillows. Good quality. Only Con is that the day and night blinds do not totally keep out the morning sun as the sides can still get light coming in and the sun does rise pretty early here.

Super comfortable with nice views. Great location walkable to Nagoya station too. There is a onsen area open to hotel guests and it’s really nice to go for a quick soak after a long day! Downside I would say its the toilet design. The sink keeps dripping water down because the bath is too near.

The location is just 3-5min away from the Sakae shopping district with lots of department stores, luxury brands, Donki, Muji, Uniqlo, etc. Dining and bar options are plentiful as it's a nightlife district which is 1-2min behind the hotel. They open till very late like 1am-4am. Just next to hotel has a 24-hr convenience store. Best part is the public bath / hot spring soak which is perfect after a long day of walking. Breakfast is typical japanese/western style with limited options but extremely tasty. The room and bathroom are spacious for a typical japanese hotel.
On 3rd night, my Muji pyjamma dress gone missing and must have been mistaken as hotel's pyjamma for public bath because of the same color. The front desk team were so helpful and able to track it then sent to my next hotel. Because I didn't have any pjyamma to wear then offered another one for me to wear and keep too.
My friend and I will definitely return to this hotel to stay.

Overall the room type that we booked were value for money, the location is close to the subway line, and surrounding with heaps of mini marts and restaurants, feel safe to walk on the street during night time. On my first day at the hotel, I decided to brave the 10-minute walk from Fushimi Station with my luggage. However, under the scorching summer sun, that seemingly short distance felt like an eternity. It was just too far! But here’s the twist: later on, we stumbled upon a bus route that conveniently connected the hotel directly to Nagoya Station. My advice to fellow travelers? Definitely explore the bus option—it can save you both time and sweat!
As for the hotel itself, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room boasted a good view, and it was spacious and tidy—a great fit for families.

I came to Nagoya by accident during the F1 Formula One race. No wonder it was hard to book a room. To get to the hotel, take the Usky from Chubu Airport to Nagoya Station. Go out of the central exit on the first floor below and find G7. Turn right and walk straight ahead to find the U10 exit of Unimall. Go up the stairs and you will see the hotel. It is above Family Mart. Check-in is on the second floor. The machine is self-service for check-in. There are staff to guide you. There is Sugi Pharmacy 20 meters after getting off the hotel. There is 711 a little further ahead. The hotel has an ice machine. The third floor is a bathhouse, open from 6:00-10:00 and 16:00-26:00. There is also a vending machine on the third floor, selling beer and drinks. The room is cleaned every day. Although it is a bit small, two large suitcases can be spread out. Luggage can be stored for free after check-out. In short, the location is good. Unimall has a lot of food and shopping, including cosmetics, clothes, glasses, and food. Takashimaya is only a 5-10 minute walk away. By the way, there is also Ichiran Ramen downstairs, which is open 24 hours a day and has a long queue. A little further ahead is a bookstore and a Goshuin.

Geographically very ideal. It is close to the metro and directly above the bus station, located in the heart of the city, and surrounded by shops and restaurants of all kind. Yet it is still not difficult to navigate.
The hotel service was supreme with very kind staff that are fluent in different languages and prompt with helping the residents.
The hotel room is up to par. It’s clean and spacious with all the equipment you require, like kettles and hair dryer. Furniture includes a desk and a moderately-sized television. Even though it’s close to the metro it is quiet in the hotel room.
Overall a satisfying stay. Would recommend.

What stood out most was the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the amenities provided. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation, making our trip even more convenient.
We especially loved the cozy ambiance and the delicious breakfast options. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special holiday with my wife and in laws . I truly appreciate the effort the hotel made to make our stay memorable.

LLee Chor Sang HelenWe booked a room for 3. The room is nice, clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen where we can make coffee or simple food. There is also a washing machine available. Enough USB for use. The staff there are polite, friendly and helpful. But there is no reception staff after 10 pm. We need a passcode to enter into the hotel after 10 pm. We tried once but not working well. There is no other facility like Spa or Gym in the hotel. The location is near to shopping street in OSU, a few minutes’s walk . But not near to Sakae. Overall, a good and quiet place to stay.

ZZoeIf you are Lego fans, you must be very excited. Everywhere are Lego! Even in the washroom! This is our family trip, we enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Rooms are very clean and tidy, and there was a treasure box for kids, it was so funny. The breakfast buffet was very good, Lego all round you when having breakfast, the atmosphere was great! For sure will be back in future.

MMonitaThe room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.

Sslowlife.cityWe've previously stayed at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande before so we were really excited to stay at the Nagoya one. As expected, it has lived up to our expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. Apparently each floor only had one Hollywood Twin Room which was quite surprising until we found out that the Twin Room we had booked was actually two double beds. It's great for people who prefer a larger bed to sleep on or for families with kids but it was a bit cramped for us to open our suitcases. Bathroom was much more spacious than expected. Location was considerably convenient too. Definitely recommend!

The linens are also the old-fashioned ones, but very comfortable. The room is relatively large in Japan, and it's close to the subway station!
