Giraffe Manor

Wow! What an amazing hotel and experience! From the moment we arrived we loved every part of our stay The hotel is exquisite. Absolutely beautiful The rooms are wonderful and have an English country home feel. Service is first class and good excellent The staff are wonderful and work do hard to ensure the experience with the giraffes is memorable. Special call out to Vincent And the giraffe experience was fabulous. We loved feeding them and the way they are allowed to come and go as they please We will definitely come back!

The experience we had at Giraffe Manor was incredible. I don't think that any other experience or place can top our stay. Everyone was incredibly nice and made sure that we were beyond comfortable. Even with my food allergies, the kitchen staff made sure that I had safe food to eat and I didn't have to worry about the ingredients. And on top of that, it was easily the best food I've ever had in my life. Our guide was Patrick, and he was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. It is clear that everyone enjoys what they do, where they do it, and cares deeply.

I enjoyed just about everything at giraffe Manor. I would highly recommend it. They accommodated my special needs diet of being a vegetarian. There were some kids there that were lactose intolerant and we could hear giraffe manner accommodating that as well. Tea time was amazing. Photo opportunities were abundant. The pride that the staff takes is phenomenal.

This was truly the most amazing experience. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the manor is kept in impeccable condition. The service was simply amazing. Anna and her team took such good care of us, with warmth and charm and service that was simply amazing. A Special shout out goes to Eunice (for her amazing service and all of the phenomenal photos she took of our family with Jock and Betty the giraffes) and Oliver the bartender. Both were so incredibly attentive and dedicated to ensuring that we had the most amazing time at the manor. Our family enjoyed every second of the experience, from feeding the giraffes to waking up early and feeding more giraffes… to spending the most amazing day at the day spa… And then feeding more giraffes in the evening under the moonlight. It was simply magical. It is a trip of the lifetime and will never be forgotten. Thank you so much for making it such a memorable occasion. Your team is simply amazing.

The Giraffe manor is a fantastic place to stay and experience the giraffes. The service is second to none by all staff, everyone does a super job. It is such a nice place to be and start the safari adventure. We have stayed before and had an even better experience this time with our girls.

Staying at such a beautiful place and being able to feed giraffes was magical. A dream come true and was on our bucket list!
