The hotel organised a driver to pick us up from airport when we landed near midnight at a cost of €25. Very helpful driver. The front of the accommodation was a traditional heavy, thick and tall entrance. Absolutely gorgeous. The lift and building just full of character. It comprises of 6 guest rooms, very friendly and welcoming reception. Breakfast was simple but we have access to snacks, drinks all day long. Very thoughtful. Room is clean and fully equipped. You also have accessed to bathroom even after check out, great for visitors who have their next flight/train later in the day. The view from my room window was typical of Italian back street, just like in the movie. Location was fantastic. 5min to laundrette, 15min to train station, tons of pizzeria and bakery around. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

B&b molto curato, pulito e con personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ti consigliano anche posti da vedere e locali dove mangiare. È inoltre compreso il deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza oltre l'orario di rilascio della stanza, con la possibilità di utilizzo del bagno di servizio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review of this hotel, actually I can't even call it a hotel. It's located in a run down building on the 3rd floor with about 6 rooms. The area is just filthy, the room is tiny but it was clean. There is a small kitchen area in the morning for coffee and pastry, there is a nice woman who helps with that. The noise on the streets is far beyond acceptable, with the window closed there was a significant draft and the noise was as if were in the street. I think we slept 2 hours and we had a long haul home. There actually was a pile of garbage at the entrance, come on if you own this establishment clean it up for your guests, shame on you.

Nice location if you want to be close to the train station and eat some of the best Neapolitan pizza in the world just minutes away. The staff was very responsive during my whole check in process and even after where the property drove us to the airport after our visit to Italy. We mainly just messaged them through ******* to keep in contact with them. It’s usually typical to use whatsapp or ******* to contact properties in Italy. It could be a little frustrating checking into many places in Italy so you must stay in contact throughout. One thing I’d like everytime it’s close to my check in is having the front gate code messaged to me before check in. That seems to be an issue everytime where you don’t know what to do when you arrive and just have to stand outside a building. Overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely stay at this place again. Thanks again for the taxi to the airport!!! That took a lot of stress away.

Eccellente!! Napoli svelata è in pieno centro, comodo per accedere alla metropolitana. Colazione ottima e pulizia molto curata. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile a buoni consigli. Da rifare!! Napoli merita di essere visitata..

Hard to spot initially and unsure of how to get in. The step inside the room was a bit treacherous as was the one by the kitchen. To fill the jacuzzi enough for the jets to work, took a long time! A bit noisy even with the window closed. The breakfast was very nice as were the staff.

Séjour à Naples Super séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel.chambre propre et confortable.bien situé dans Naples.un service de voiture est proposé en supp.

Struttura accogliente, ristrutturata con gusto nel dettaglio. Situata in una posizione comoda: a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione e a due passi da Spaccanapoli e il centro storico con i suoi vicoli e la sua vitalità. A due passi anche la stazione Duomo della metro. La via in cui si trova è abbastanza trafficata e quindi forse un po' troppo rumorosa durante la notte ma abbiamo comunque riposato bene. La colazione servita ogni mattina è buona e con brioches sempre fresche, è una colazione italiana in prevalenza dolce. Abbiamo trascorso qui pochi giorni ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo in una futura visita a Napoli. Complimenti a Francesca e al suo staff!

Stanze ristrutturate, spaziose e pulite. Estremo disponibilità della proprietaria Francesca e dei collaboratori (una menzione speciale a Stefania che ha sempre esaudito le nostre richieste a colazione). La posizione è strategia a due passi da Duomo, tra Spaccanapoli, Via dei Tribunali e il porto. Rimane sulla via principale Corso Umberto I quindi un pochino trafficata… La stazione si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in 15’ Torneremo a Napoli e al BB Napoli Svelata! Grazie Francesca

Bonne expérience Nous sommes arrivés peu avant 18h il n'y avait personne. Donc problématique pour les contacter car les numéros ne fonctionnaient pas. Heureusement qu'il y avait un couple francais qui arrivait de promenade qui a peu nous ouvrir les portes. Alors que nous avions prévenu l'hôtel de l'heure de notre arrivée. L'heure des petit-déjeuner est un peu tard a notre goût car pour visiter Pompei Herculanum etc il est préférable de partir de bonheur. Autrement l'hôtel est agréable et le personnel aussi. La situation géographique de l'hôtel au top non loin de la gare du quartier historique et quartier espagnol. Autrement dit je le recommande.
