Мы бронировали апартаменты с 3 спальнями. Нас заселили в двухэтажный апартамент с одним кондиционером - это было ужасно, жарко и тесно. Сумму оплатили как за три спальни😡

Три звезды заслуживает лишь дама на рецепции, которая предоставила нам более просторный номер, чем мы бронировали. Для завтраков комната маленькая, не пополняется вовремя еда(например, если закончился сок, то пей воду или другой, тот же никто не принесёт). Проблемы с лифтом. И вечная беготня с одного крыла в другое, при неработающем лифте это не ок, когда ты с ребёнком, и за него еще нужно платить по 10 центов за раз. В последний день фыркали в сторону ребёнка, что она натоптала в комнате, хотя влезла в лужу из за неработающего лифта. Возвращаться сюда не будем.

I don't have enough words to describe my huge disappointment with this hotel in every way. All wrong. ALL. We arrived at the hotel and nobody opened it for us. The reception closed. The building closed. Half an hour waiting in a street full of people and not very famous for its security, with all the suitcases and calling a number that does not answer. When we finally manage to contact them, a lady takes us to another B&B with the same owner according to her. She takes us to a room with a double bed when we had requested single beds, and obviously much smaller and more shabby than the one in the photos. After a lot of fighting, she takes us to one with bunk beds, full of humidity, even getting to wet the wall where there is a dryer connected and wetting the toilet, with noises all night that makes it impossible to sleep and some rude workers. The hotel only telling lies, they only spoke Italian, which made everything even more difficult, telling only lies when we heard more couples that the same thing happened to them. A disaster in every way.

Abbiamo soggiornato al chez 4 notti. La prima sera ci ha fatto accomodare un signore che nn lavarava li ma sembrava avergli fatto un favore. Dicendoci che erA la prima volta che vedeva questi appartamenti… arrivati in mini appartamenti il panico… tutto sporco la cucina da paura,asciugamani umide,puzza di muffa da star male ,e siamo stati male perché in famiglia qualcun è asmatico, bagno sporco con peli nel lavandino,carta igienica usata,lenzuola nn ne parliamo… il giorno dopo siamo andati al poker altra struttura loro… a lamentarci dell’accaduto e minacciando di abbandonare la struttura ma il fratello del proprietario nn si è sconvolto per nulla…abbiamo chiesto altre camere e ci hanno detto che erano al completo e che se abbandonavamo la struttura dovevamo pagare lo stesso una parte della somma….ritorniamo al chez e per fortuna troviamo una signora molto garbata che ci ha dato un’altra camera nn eccellente ma quanto meno pulita, siamo riusciti a soggiornare tutte e 4 giorni. Il proprietario mai visto. La cosa più terribile lo scarafaggio enorme che è uscito da sotto la cucina.

When I checked in, they sent me to a place at another address, which was much inferior, both in terms of location and facilities. The phone number on the sign with their name at the entrance to the building is for another place, which indicates that everything is planned.

Der Bahnhofsplatz von Neapel ist sehr schmutzig und es sind überall Strassenhändler und Obdachlose. Das Haus des B&B Chez Moi ist sehr runtergekommen, bei den Apartments selbst hat man sich jedoch Mühe gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist recht sauber, aber sicher nicht top, eher weit davon entfernt. Wer günstiger zentral übernachten will und 'Reiseprofi' ist, wird damit sicher zufrieden sein. Wer eine Top-Unterkunft sucht, sollte das nicht wählen. Es kann schlechte Überraschungen geben.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Naples, et sommes très satisfaits du BnB Chez moi. L’accueil à notre arrivée, la décoration de la chambre, spacieuse, la literie, la vue sur la plae Garibaldi et le Vésuve ( chambre 502). La location est idéalement située, juste à côté de la gare pour rejoindre l’aéroport, ou prendre le train jusqu’à Pompéi. Ou encore le métro pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Il y a un McDo en bas de l’immeuble, ça dépanne bien. Le seul bémol, c’est le réveil en fanfare le matin. Les deux personnes qui servent le petit déjeuner parlent très très fort entre elles, sans discontinuer, ce qui systématiquement nous a réveillés. Certes il était presque huit heures, mais en vacances, ce n’est pas aberrant de vouloir dormir un peu plus.

Evitate questo posto! Vado spesso a Napoli e non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così negativa! Arrivata davanti al B&B nessuno risponde al citofono, chiamo il numero di riferimento che trovo sulla mia prenotazione e mi dicono che una persona arriverà ad aprirmi. La signora che arriva mi dice che ha saputo dal titolare che la mia prenotazione non esiste e mi invita a seguirla in un hotel dietro l'angolo per trovare una soluzione. Il titolare al telefono cambia versione e dice di avere la prenotazione ma di non aver ricevuto il pagamento e mi chiede di pagare 90€, avevo già pagato circa 30€ per la stanza ma secondo lui è impossibile che io abbia pagato così poco. Gli chiedo di contattare il sito sul quale ho prenotato ma si rifiuta dicendo che il sabato non risponde nessuno. Dopo aver chiamato varie volte l'assistenza clienti che prova a fornirgli una nuova carta di credito elettronica, il titolare non risponde neanche alle chiamate dell'assistenza clienti, che mi offre un rimborso (non ancora arrivato) e mi invita a trovare una nuova sistemazione. Per fortuna ho trovato un ostello non distante!

Appartement très proche de la gare centrale, ainsi que du supermarché. L’accueil est sympathique bien que pas évident à comprendre car ils ne parlent qu’en italien (merci Google translater). Nous avons eu un grand appartement avec cuisine équipée et ustensiles ainsi qu’un petit balcon. La propreté est bien. La salle de bain est bien aussi. Le petit déjeuner de 8 à 10h est suffisant, il ne nous a pas été informé mais il faut se rendre au 5eme étage a l’accueil.

The good: Great location, right next to Garibaldi train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The lift is great. It does have a slot to put 10 cents in, but if you don't have a ten cent coin, the lift still works. The bad: We had booked and paid for 14 nights to stay at Chez Moi. We arrived on the first day at 6:00 p.m. We phoned the owner, and he sent a woman around. We followed her into the reception area. She then told us we couldn't stay there. After having read other reviews, I thought "OK we're going to be sent around the corner to the Hotel Poker", which is what Chez Moi does sometimes. But no, we weren't that fortunate. She repeated that we couldn't stay there. I showed her the proof that we had booked and paid (using both my phone and paper printouts) but she said we couldn't stay. She then escorted us out of the premises and locked the door. I understand that mix-ups happen sometimes, but there's no need to humiliate your guests like that. I phoned our travel company (who had made the booking) and they said they would contact the owner of Chez Moi to sort it out. After a couple of hours, I rang them again, and then a few more times. A couple of times, someone from Chez Moi would turn up and tell us we couldn't stay. I said "Can you at least give me my money back so we can find somewhere else?" But they would just walk away. We spent most of the night sitting on the steps outside of the B&B with our suitcases. We made the other guests who walked past us feel very uncomfortable. I think they thought we were beggars, and seeing us made them feel anxious. But we were paying guests just like them. Finally at 3:30 a.m., 9½ hours after arriving, I received an email (thankfully I still had a few percent of battery left on my phone) from my travel company saying Chez Moi had overbooked and had no rooms left, and we should find somewhere else to stay. It was too late to find anywhere at that time, but I'm happy to say we did get somewhere else for the other 13 nights. We know the treatment we received at Chez Moi does not represent the rest of the Neapolitan people. We would go back to Naples. But we don't want to go to a B&B that treats its paying guests with contempt. Note to Chez Moi: It seems like you have a nice place, and it's in a great location, but please learn from this experience, and start treating your guests as humans – thank you.
