Good location for family vacation

When we arrive, they have ample parking considering it's a weekend and a holiday. Check-in time is also tolerable. Yes, there was a long line, but they have like 4 counters accommodating check-ins, and they have a separate checkout counter. Just be ready with 2 adult IDs that are checking in and the 2k deposit. The room is so spacious; we got the 1BR family suite, and it has 2 queen daybeds with no pillows and blankets, 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen with a sink and non-functional stovetop, and a medium-sized refrigerator. It also has a sala and a dining area as well. They initially provided 2 free water bottles, but I requested an additional 2 since the room was booked for 4 people, and they complied. I do have an issue with one of the toilets since it was clogged on the first day, and we're staying for 3 days, so it's very inconvenient, if you can imagine. I did report it, but no one came to address this matter. The free breakfast is so-so. It gets you full, and the selections are not that bad but not great. I don't know if they offer meals during lunchtime since we ate outside (L’bulalo—definitely a must-try!), but for dinner they only offer the grill station and the buffet. It was quite sad since on our last night it rained so hard, and all the people were stuck in the outdoor dining area of the grill station, and they had to halt everything since it got wet, even the food that was grilling. The pool was huge! So even though there were other people swimming, it didn't feel crowded. The beach is clean and clear, but the shore has a lot of rocks or shells, so it hurts when you walk over it. Overall, it's good for a quick getaway.

Old and dirty rooms. Terrible service (long hours of waiting during check-in, dinner and buffet breakfast).  Lack of hotel staff to assist the needs of the guest. Over crowded beach due to day tour option.

1st - We don’t feel that the people is good with customer service. When we approach them regarding the concerns that we had, they just refer us to Trip when in-fact we approach them to advise someone from the head office to respond to Trip to address the issues that we raised. The way the Manager talk to us doesn’t seem appropriate. He was there not to listen to what our concern but for him to respond which is very inappropriate. 2nd - When we ask assistance regarding our door since the keycard is not working, i need to go up and down 3 time. I ask the receptionist to look for housekeeping to assist me since it’s my 3rd time to approach the he just mention that they don’t have someone from housekeeping to assist. Not a good experience. 3rd - During check in and check out, you have to fall in line for an hour to be assisted. Red flag.

Restaurant has no menu for ala carte and for kids. They offer only buffet lunch and dinner. The receptionists are not so accommodating maybe they are time because they were lots of guests but I think they should be happy because more guests meaning more income.

all goods naman lalo yung beach. pero yung services is low talaga the room is good naman and food is okay din. maganda naman yung pag stay naman

We've enjoyed their amenities, we didnt expect the beautiful white sand beach and the huge pool as it is well maintained. The room is quite huge as well. however, they should maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings as theres a lot of flies in the lobby and inside the restaurant which is quite disturbing for us while we are eating our breakfast. Hoping that this concern will be addressed properly. So far, we have enjoyed our stay despite the flies roaming around the building.

Very spacious and nice accommodation. Swimming pool is bit crowded but overall, the experience is good.

The hotel needs renovation but still acceptable to us.

Breakfast is just ordinary not fancy.

We reach the hotel at 2:30 their check in procedure was the worst.. we got to check in at 5:30 and at 6pm we were told we cant go to the beach coz its already 6 pm. And the breakfast que is the same scenario we went on que at7 am we get our table at 8:30 am..if can only give -negative star ill do it.. NEVER AGAIN🤬

The family vacation that's supposed to be fun  didn't turn out enjoyable at all because some of the snacks that we brought were apprehended and were not allowed top be brought in. The room does not come with a complimentary welcome water and you have to buy from the stores at the pool area at p65.00 for a 300ml bottle. We were asking for a refill at the restaurant but were declined. The room is ok except that the aircon is dripping and the bathroom smells like a clogged drain, not to mention the shower drain is really clogging everythime you use it. 

Beach is very nice. Water activities are a must try. Room is outdated and cleanliness is subpar. Pool is not well maintained. Buffet breakfast is not worth the price. This hotel could have been a gem. I hope they make a major refurbishment. Staff looks sad and overworked. Girl at the buffet area didn't even smile once. Front desk staff looks irritated. Nobody is at the parking spot to assist guests. Will come back probably just for the beach. Nothing else.

Good resort
