Beach is very nice. Water activities are a must try. Room is outdated and cleanliness is subpar. Pool is not well maintained. Buffet breakfast is not worth the price. This hotel could have been a gem. I hope they make a major refurbishment. Staff looks sad and overworked. Girl at the buffet area didn't even smile once. Front desk staff looks irritated. Nobody is at the parking spot to assist guests. Will come back probably just for the beach. Nothing else.

Good resort

The place is quite well maintained despite signs of old development. Could be more clean especially on common areas. There’s leak everywhere—hallways, balcony— good thing there is none inside the room. They charge for extra water bottles for 50 pesos each.

Canyon cove used to be pretty but now its really swamped with people and the check in time will take up to 1hr the least. Tvs are already outdated no smart tv or wifi you can connect to. Cellular signal is really poor. No drinking water or coffees provided to guest. Its just sad that its an old hotel. Bfast is not good as well no butter for breads eighter.

kulang sa facility. dapat may clinic sila incase na magkaproblema. bumaba yung gf ko para huminyi ng gamot kahit basic needs like biogesic, wala sila naibi***. pano nalang kaya if magka emergency? so need pa ng ambulance para malapatan ng paunang lunas. pero overall okay naman sulit.

We booked twin room, but when we got there, we were upgraded for free to a family room. The breakfast buffet food was also nice. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning, and they also try to clean the sand from the sea along the stairs going up to the pool. The place is beautiful—they just need to maintain the rooms and clear the seaweed from the water so it's more comfortable to swim in the sea.

The place is really wonderful. The price of the hotel is reasonable and includes a breakfast buffet. We ate at the grill kiosk, but the prices were high with limited food choices.

We had a great experience at Canyon Cove. The room is very spacious and big enough for 4 people. Our son loved the bed by the window. Service staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean. We'll definitely come back because we were not able to try the floating water park. 1 day is not enough to enjoy all the amenities.

Good place to hang out this summer. So far this is the best place I watched the sunset.

Must maintain the resort amenities and beach mostly this time there are a lot of day pass guest.

My friend says that the pool and beach were fantastic, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. We celebrated here at Canyon cove. There's a lot of seaweed since it's seaweed season. But, don't worry they are doing there best to remove the seaweeds at the beach. Still a beautiful white sand and clear water. It still amaze me everytime we go here. ♡ All staff is friendly and accomodating. Minimal to no line waiting at all. Overnight stay is not enough. Very kids friendly. There's a life guard for safety. Fast accommodating request. New food stall is a heart. ♡

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. will surely be back again!
