The hotel service was just in average. The desk staff seemed watch their cell-phones frequently instead of paying attention to the hotel lobby entrance and guests. HSKP staff didn’t speak English but tried their best to replenish our supplies needs when we asked for. The fitted bed sheet was not clean with black marks on it on arrival night. The guest room telephone wasn’t working. We had to go to the lobby to report it to the front desk, and showed the dirty sheet pictures to the desk. There wasn’t any apology from the desk staff, and he provided a set of new sheets to us. The hotel also charged service fee / resort fee per night, which was additional to our prepaid reservation. What was the service fee for ? For HSKP service or front desk service ? We had DND entire stay and we didn’t have interaction with the front desk for any special service as they paid attention to their mobile phones, not guests.
The hotel location was a plus.
