We arrived in New York City for a friend’s birthday party and were greeted by a warm and friendly staff with genuine smiles. We live in the area for its convenience to the subway, and we were impressed by the great service we received from everyone at the property. From breakfast to accommodation for our four-year-old son, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends. 🙂

Great location. Clean hotel and excellent welcoming team. Daniela and Jonathan were amazing. Also, the breakfast was really tasty. The breakfast crew were replenishing things all the time and helping guests. Great stay.

房間特別特別小，空調特別特別吵，外面街道也很吵。房間沒有瓶裝水。 早餐很一般。 優點是位置好，就在South Ferry 輪渡碼頭附近，地鐵站也在那。走路3分鐘可以看到華爾街銅牛。

再也不會入住的酒店

優點：位置很好，距離下城主要景點很近，走三分鐘就是地鐵；早餐起碼我要吃的都有， 缺點：房間很小，冷氣時常不work

Very comfortable and good place hotel. amenities are also great,especially tea and ice.

整體而言一般！房間很小！夜晚很吵！
